成人高等医学教育课堂教学质量评估体系建立的研究与实践

【摘要】:课堂教学是教学质量的生命线,课堂建设与发展是保障和提高教学质量的永恒主题,尤其是在当前高等教育逐渐由精英教育向大众教育过渡的转折时期,学校的教学质量保障问题更是受到了前所未有的关注。课堂的教学质量是学校教学的核心,,课堂教学质量是教师教学水平与质量最直接的体现,课堂教学也是高等院校教学质量监控的重要环节之一。研究和完善教师课堂教学质量评估体系是当前高等教育质量管理改革的热点和重点问题之一,具有十分重要的现实意义。 本文通过对我国现行医学教育课堂教学质量评估体系进行归纳与分析,在认真学习、研究课堂教学质量评估理论与方法的基础上,对于成人高等医学教育课堂教学质量评价体系的构建进行了详细论述,设计了成人医学教育课堂教学质量评估体系,并运用该评估体系于校内成人教育之中,在此基础上,对评估结果进行了全面的分析与深入的讨论。 研究和实践证明,该体系有几个明显的特点,一是内容具有针对性,充分考虑了成人医学教育的性质、特点;二是指标的动态性,既考查教学质量结果,也考查教师努力的过程,既考查了教师教学质量现状,又考查了教师教学质量的进步过程。三是评估方法的综合性,既有定量评价、内部评价、他人评价,又有定性评价和外部评价。 本文在二个方面作了理论探索,一是把成人医学课堂教学质量评估作为研究对象,从理论上对教学过程进行了全面、系统、动态的探索,并在实践上开展了成人医学继续教学质量评估的探索,初步确立了成人医学教学质量评价的基本框架;二是在吸取以往教学质量评估经验教训的同时,运用系统理论原理和综合研究的方法,将教学质量评估由过去只强调教师教学质量评估这个重点,提出了以教师教学质量评估为基础,学生综合素质评估为中心,突出了外部单位对人才质量评估的重要地位,并在实践中进行了一次新的大胆的尝试;
[Abstract]:Classroom teaching is the lifeline of teaching quality, classroom construction and development is the eternal theme to guarantee and improve teaching quality, especially in the transition period of higher education from elite education to mass education. The guarantee of teaching quality has been paid more attention to than ever before. Classroom teaching quality is the core of school teaching, classroom teaching quality is the most direct embodiment of teachers' teaching level and quality, classroom teaching is also one of the important links of teaching quality monitoring in colleges and universities. To study and perfect the evaluation system of teachers' classroom teaching quality is one of the hot and important issues in the reform of higher education quality management. This paper summarizes and analyzes the current classroom teaching quality evaluation system of medical education in China, and studies the theories and methods of classroom teaching quality evaluation on the basis of careful study. This paper discusses the construction of classroom teaching quality evaluation system of adult higher medical education in detail, designs the evaluation system of adult medical education classroom teaching quality, and applies the evaluation system to adult education in school. The evaluation results are analyzed and discussed thoroughly. The research and practice prove that the system has several obvious characteristics, one is that the content has pertinence, fully considered the nature and characteristics of adult medical education; The second is the dynamic nature of the indicators, which not only examines the results of teaching quality, but also examines the process of teachers' efforts. It not only examines the present situation of teachers' teaching quality, but also examines the progressive process of teachers' teaching quality. Third, the comprehensive evaluation methods, including quantitative evaluation, internal evaluation, evaluation of others, qualitative evaluation and external evaluation. First, the quality assessment of adult medicine classroom teaching is regarded as the object of study. It makes a comprehensive, systematic and dynamic exploration into the teaching process in theory, and in practice, it explores the quality assessment of continuing teaching in adult medicine. The basic framework of the evaluation of adult medical teaching quality is preliminarily established. Secondly, while drawing lessons from the past teaching quality assessment, the author applies the system theory principle and the comprehensive research method. This paper puts forward that the evaluation of teaching quality should be based on the assessment of teachers' teaching quality and the assessment of students' comprehensive quality, which emphasizes the important position of external units in evaluating the quality of qualified personnel, instead of emphasizing the emphasis on the assessment of teaching quality of teachers in the past. And carried out a new bold attempt in practice;
