日本终身学习背景下“学社融合”的理论和实践研究

【摘要】: 20世纪90年代以来,日本的终身学习取得了较为快速的发展。“学社融合”是在终身学习背景下,学校教育与社会或社区教育通过全方位、立体式的融合所形成的学习活动。90年代中后期至今,“学社融合”被作为日本推进终身学习发展的一种重要教育实践形式,受到人们的广泛关注。笔者利用赴日本留学的机会,运用文献法、调查与访谈法等研究方法,对日本的“学社融合”的理论和实践问题进行了研究。 本文从“学社联携”的萌芽、“学社联携”的摸索期、终身学习的政策演进及“学社联携”地位的确立和从“学社联携”到“学社融合”的转变等四个阶段追溯了“学社融合”的历史渊源和发展历程。本文从政治、经济、社会文化和终身学习等几个方面分析了“学社融合”理念的崛起背景。本文还对“学社融合”的相关理论问题,诸如理论基础、特点、实施意义和基本要求进行了探讨,并从不同的维度分析了“学社融合”的基本类型。本文结合对日本“学社融合”的两个较为典型的实践案例——枥木县鹿沼市石川小学和冲绳县浦添市民大学的“学社融合”实践的考察,认为日本的“学社融合”既有不少成功的经验(诸如在“学社融合”的体制和评价体系等方面),也存在一些问题(诸如活动的延续性等方面)。本文在对日本“学社融合”进行较为深入研究的基础上,提出关于发展我国终身学习的若干建议。
[Abstract]:Since 1990 s, Japanese lifelong learning has made rapid development. In the context of life-long learning, "school society integration" is a kind of learning activity formed by the integration of school education and social or community education in all directions and in the late 1990s to the present. As an important form of education practice in Japan to promote lifelong learning, the integration of school societies has received extensive attention. The author makes use of the opportunity of studying in Japan, using the methods of literature, investigation and interview, to study the theory and practice of the fusion of academic societies in Japan. This article begins with the germination of the "academic and Social Council carrying" and the exploration period of "the Learning and Social Service Council carrying". The policy evolution of lifelong learning and the establishment of the status of "academic and Social Council" and the transition from "academic and Social Council" to "school society integration" trace back the historical origin and development process of "school society integration". This paper analyzes the rising background of the concept of "school society fusion" from the aspects of politics, economy, social culture and lifelong learning. This paper also discusses the relevant theoretical issues such as the theoretical basis, characteristics, implementation significance and basic requirements of "school society fusion", and analyzes the basic types of "school society fusion" from different dimensions. In this paper, two typical practical cases of "academic society fusion" in Japan, namely, Shi Chuan Primary School in Lunuma City, Tochigi Prefecture, and Putian Citizen University in Okinawa Prefecture, are studied. It is pointed out that there are not only many successful experiences (such as the system and evaluation system of "academic society fusion"), but also some problems (such as continuity of activities) in Japan. On the basis of a deep study on the integration of Japanese academic societies, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of lifelong learning in China.
