基于职业农民培养的对策研究

【摘要】：职业农民是后工业化时代出现的一种新型职业群体,是农业内部分工和产业结构调整的必然结果。农民的职业化是现代农业发展的客观需求,我国要从传统农业走向现代农业,农民的职业化就成为当前急需解决的关键问题之一。对这一问题进行探悉,试图能为实现农业产业化和农业现代化提供借鉴和帮助。
[Abstract]:Professional peasants are a new type of professional group in the post-industrialization era, which is the inevitable result of the internal division of labor and the adjustment of industrial structure in agriculture. The professionalization of farmers is the objective demand of the development of modern agriculture. In order to move from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, the professionalization of farmers has become one of the key problems that need to be solved urgently. This paper probes into this problem and tries to provide reference and help for realizing agricultural industrialization and agricultural modernization.
