农业产业化目标下农村继续教育体系的完善

【摘要】：农业、农民、农村问题是当代中国经济和社会发展的突出问题。中国农业产业化的最终实现依赖农民自身素质的提高,而农民素质的提高除正规学历教育外更依赖于农村继续教育体系的完善。为此,应从加强对推广农业科技的继续教育体系、促进农业产业化协作的继续教育体系、农村治理机制的科学引导体系、农村剩余劳动力的非农职业技能培训体系以及以"农民大学"为代表的普及型继续教育体系等方面的完善实现农村继续教育体系的整体完善。
[Abstract]:Agriculture, farmers and rural issues are prominent problems in the economic and social development of contemporary China. The ultimate realization of Chinese agricultural industrialization depends on the improvement of farmers' own quality, and the improvement of farmers' quality depends on the perfection of rural continuing education system besides formal education. Therefore, we should strengthen the continuing education system of popularizing agricultural science and technology, promoting the cooperation of agricultural industrialization, and the scientific guiding system of rural governance mechanism. The improvement of the non-agricultural vocational skills training system of rural surplus labor force and the popularized continuing education system represented by "Farmers' University" can improve the rural continuing education system as a whole.
