试论我国远程高等教育模式的构建与优化

【摘要】: 随着新世纪的来临,知识经济已不可避免地展现在人们的面前,正如江泽民在北京大学建校100周年大会上所讲的:“当今世界,科学技术突飞猛进,知识经济已见端倪,国力竞争日趋激烈。”在知识经济社会,人才的素质已成为知识经济实现的先决条件,未来世界的竞争,将是教育和人才资源的竞争。与西方发达国家相比,我国的高等教育还很落后,难以满足未来竞争的需要和人们生存的需要,有必要大力发展。远程高等教育是随着现代信息技术的发展而产生的一种新型的教育形式,它的迅速发展将会引起整个教育结构以及学习方式的重大变革。以电子信息技术为基础的远程高等教育以其不同与传统高等教育的特征,为进一步拓展教育资源,实现资源共享,打破办学层次的单一局面,,为满足学习者的多层次、多规格、多形式的学习要求,提供了广阔的发展空间,成为我国在教育资源短缺的情况下大力发展高等教育的主要手段和措施。因此,对远程高等教育的理论和实践进行研究和探讨,对大力发展我国高等教育、推进高等教育的大众化进程、尽快提高全民族的素质、提高我国的国际竞争力具有重要的意义。 本文从远程高等教育的基本概念入手,运用教育学、管理学的基本原理,对远程高等教育模式的问题进行了系统深入的研究。全文共分三部分:第一部分:从远程高等教育的概念、特征及其发展趋势出发,探讨了远程高等教育模式的定义、构成要素以及影响模式构建的主要理论,从而对远程高等教育模式的理论基础进行了全面的阐述。第二部分:通过对我国远程高等教育模式的类型划分与特征分析,深入地研究了目前我国远程高等教育模式构建中存在的主要问题。第三部分:针对我国远程高等教育模式构建中存在的问题,提出了针对性的改革措施。 远程高等教育是一种新的教育形式,与传统高等教育相比较,它不仅在教育手段、教育方法上不同,而且在教育思想、教育内容、教育对象等诸多方面都呈现出不同的特征,因此,在进行远程高等教育模式构建时必须充分考虑它的特点、体现它的特点。我国目前的远程高等教育诸多模式,由于受传统教 八 硕士学位论文 W Al\STFR’S『fi IESIS 育思想和模式的影响。在新的教育环境和条件下,却仍然按照传统方式进行构 建,这既不符合远程高等教育的规律,也不符合时代对人才培养的要求。作者 查阅了大量的有关专著与文献资料,并把工作中的实践经验与所学的理论知识 结合起来,对我国远程高等教育模式构建中存在的问题进行了深入的探讨,并 针对如何进行改革以实现模式优化的问题,提出了比较具体的对策和措施。这 正是本文的创新之处。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the new century, the knowledge economy has inevitably appeared in front of people, as Jiang Zemin said at the 100th anniversary congress of Peking University in Peking University. "Science and technology are advancing rapidly, knowledge economy is seen and the competition of national strength is becoming increasingly fierce." in the knowledge economy society, the quality of talents has become a knowledge economy. The precondition of realization, the competition of the future world, will be the competition of education and talent resources. Compared with the developed western countries, China's higher education is still backward, it is difficult to meet the needs of future competition and the needs of people's survival, and it is necessary to develop the higher education. The rapid development of the type of education will lead to a great change in the whole educational structure and the way of learning. The distance higher education based on the electronic information technology, based on the characteristics of its different and traditional higher education, will further expand the educational resources, realize the sharing of resources, break the single situation of the school running level, and satisfy the learners. The multi level, multi specification and multi form learning requirements provide a broad space for development and become the main means and measures for the development of higher education in our country under the shortage of educational resources. Therefore, the theory and practice of distance higher education are studied and discussed in order to develop higher education in China and promote higher education. It is of great significance to improve the quality of the whole nation and enhance our international competitiveness as soon as possible.
Starting with the basic concepts of distance higher education and using the basic principles of pedagogy and management, this paper makes a systematic and in-depth study on the problems of distance higher education model. The full text is divided into three parts: the first part: starting from the concept, characteristics and development trend of distance higher education, this paper probes into the determination of the mode of distance higher education. In the second part, the main problems in the construction of the mode of remote higher education in China are deeply studied through the analysis of the types and characteristics of the mode of Distance Higher Education in China. The third part: Aiming at the problems existing in the construction of our distance higher education mode, it puts forward some specific reform measures.
Distance higher education is a new form of education. Compared with the traditional higher education, it is not only different in educational means and educational methods, but also in many aspects of educational thought, education content and educational object. Therefore, it must take full account of its characteristics in the construction of long distance high education mode. The characteristics of China's current distance higher education are due to traditional teaching.
