成人高校自主学习教学模式的探讨

【摘要】：弘扬人的主体性是时代发展的主旋律,让学生成为教学的主体是现代教学改革的必然趋势。自主学习教学模式正是基于这一指导思想着眼于未来而构建的。其主要特点是:在教师的指导下,以学生自学为主,安排一定的面授时间,辅之教师答疑,个别辅导等多种教学手段,充分突出学生学习的主体地位的教学模式。
[Abstract]:Carrying forward the subjectivity of human being is the main theme of the development of the times. It is the inevitable trend of the modern teaching reform to let the students become the main body of teaching. The independent learning teaching mode is based on this guiding ideology in the future. Its main characteristics are: under the guidance of the teachers, the students are taught by themselves and arranged with certain face-to-face time and auxiliary teaching. Teachers' answering questions, individual tutoring and other teaching methods give prominence to the teaching mode of students' main position in learning.
