远程教育学习支持服务的区域性对比分析

【摘要】：本研究采用调查法考察了不同级电大、不同经济发展地区远程教育学习支持服务的现实状况,并进行了区域性对比分析。结果表明,省、市、县三级不同行政区域电大和苏南、苏北、苏中不同经济区域电大的学习支持服务既有许多相同之处,又存在着一定的差异。作者提出,构建完善、高效的学习支持服务系统,需要进一步关注不同地区的经济社会、文化教育特征和学习者的特殊要求,使学习支持服务更有针对性,更具有效性, 以确保远程教育健康发展。
[Abstract]:This study investigated the actual situation of distance learning support services in different levels of RTVU and different economic development areas by using the method of investigation, and carried out regional comparative analysis. The results show that there are many similarities and differences in the learning support services of RTVU in different administrative regions of provinces, cities and counties, and in different economic regions of southern Jiangsu, northern Jiangsu and central Jiangsu. The author suggests that in order to build a perfect and efficient learning support service system, it is necessary to pay more attention to the economic, social, cultural and educational characteristics of different regions and the special requirements of learners, so as to make the learning support services more targeted. More effective to ensure the healthy development of distance education.
