信息化进程中成人高等教育改革的实践与探索

【摘要】： 面对全球教育科技趋向的日益显著，世界许多国家的各级各类教育，都以教育的终身化和教育的信息化为奋斗目标，一场以信息技术促进教育发展的国际竞赛正在紧张进行。成人高等教育系统是我国教育体系中不可缺少的重要组成部分，在教育信息化的进程中，它肩负着提高全民族素质的重任。然而，在成人高等教育系统的教学与管理方面存在着种种问题，，改革势在必行。 本文首先在研究教育终身化和教育信息化理论基础上，分析了目前我国成人高等教育的现状和问题，提出了解决成人高等教育适应创新教育和信息化、终身化需求的一些对策：如教育观念现代化、教育目标的明确、课程教学的改革、创建信息化学习环境、创建新型的教学模式、搞好教师培训等，并结合成人高等教育的教学改革实践，探讨了如何利用《现代教育技术》公共课来培养学生的信息素养。最后结合成人高等教育的管理改革问题，进行了研究，设计开发了可用于成人高等教育管理实践的软件系统。
[Abstract]:In the face of the increasing trend of global educational science and technology, many countries in the world all kinds of education at all levels of education, education for the goal of life and education information, an information technology to promote the development of education, an international competition is going on intensively. Adult higher education system is an indispensable part of our educational system. In the process of educational informatization, it shoulders the important task of improving the quality of the whole nation. However, there are many problems in the teaching and management of adult higher education system. On the basis of the theory of life-long education and education informatization, this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of adult higher education in China, and proposes to solve the problem of innovation education and informatization of adult higher education. For example, modernization of educational concepts, clarity of educational objectives, reform of curriculum teaching, creation of an information-based learning environment, creation of a new teaching model, a good job of teacher training, etc. Combined with the teaching reform practice of adult higher education, this paper discusses how to use the common course of Modern Educational Technology to cultivate students' information literacy. Finally, combining with the management reform of adult higher education, this paper studies and designs a software system which can be used in the management practice of adult higher education.
