成人高等教育转型发展“四维”模式的探索

【摘要】:成人高等教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,约占整个高等教育的1/3。在新的形势下,成人高等教育如何步出困境,实现转型发展,迫在眉睫,刻不容缓。文章全面总结了近五年来,长沙理工大学成人高等教育转型发展的成功经验,提出了成人高等教育转型发展的"四维"模式,即观念上实现由单一成人学历教育向满足成人广泛求学需求的转变;办学上实现由被动接受任务向主动寻求市场的转轨;教学上实现由单一过程质量控制向整体质量保障的转型;管理上实现由传统粗放式管理向现代精细化管理的转制,对目前成人高等教育办学机构的转型发展,具有十分重要的参考、借鉴价值。
[Abstract]:Adult higher education is an important part of China's higher education, accounting for about one-third of the total higher education. In the new situation, how to step out of the predicament of adult higher education and realize the transformation and development is urgent and urgent. This paper summarizes the successful experience of adult higher education transformation and development in Changsha University of Science and Technology in recent five years, and puts forward the "four-dimensional" mode of adult higher education transformation and development. That is, to realize the transition from a single adult education to a wide range of adult education needs, to realize the transition from passive acceptance of tasks to actively seeking the market in running a school. In teaching, the transition from single process quality control to overall quality assurance, from traditional extensive management to modern fine management is realized. It has very important reference value.
