维吾尔族中小学新课程师资培训问题的研究

【摘要】: 我国新一轮基础教育课程改革,是全面推进素质教育、提高民族素质的一项重要举措。在新课程改革过程中,教师是新课程实施的主力军,他们的教育理念和行为对课程改革的成败会产生很大的影响。因此,在全面实施新课程之前,对中小学教师进行培训,让他们了解和掌握新课程的理念并形成新课程实施能力,很有必要。 基础教育课程改革实施以来,许多学者和教育研究人员对新课程师资培训进行了多方面的研究,并努力探索提高培训质量的途径和方法。比如,培训存在的问题、培训关注点、培训方式、培训模式等都变成了研究热点。但从目前情况来看,在我国,关于少数民族基础教育新课程师资培训状况的调查和研究几乎没有。尤其是对新疆的包括维吾尔族在内的少数民族的基础教育来说,这方面的研究一直是空白。这对维吾尔族基础教育新课程改革的顺利完成很不利。因此,有必要对维吾尔族中小学新课程师资培训情况进行研究,找出问题,总结经验,并在提高培训质量和效果方面进行探索。 本论文主要采用了问卷调查法、文献法和访谈法,对维吾尔族中小学新课程师资培训情况进行调查和研究。其目的在于:了解维吾尔族中小学新课程师资培训状况,分析存在问题及其原因,并找出改善维吾尔族中小学新课程师资培训状况的方法。本文正文具体分为四个部分。第一部分,绪论。绪论部分主要包括研究背景、研究目的与意义、研究思路与研究方法等内容。第二部分,新课程改革与教师必备素质。这部分主要论述了新课程改革的背景、新课程改革的目标以及新课程改革背景下教师必备的素质。第三部分,维吾尔族中小学新课程师资培训现状。这部分在对调查资料进行整理和统计的基础上,分析维吾尔族中小学新课程师资培训存在的问题及其原因,并对乌鲁木齐、喀什和伊犁三个地区的维吾尔族中小学新课程培训工作的效果进行比较。第四部分,改善维吾尔族中小学新课程师资培训现状的对策思考。根据维吾尔族中小学新课程师资培训存在的问题及其原因,从新疆的地理环境和经济发展水平、维吾尔族基础教育的双语教育趋势、维吾尔族中小学教师的文化生态环境等多种角度出发,提出改善维吾尔族中小学新课程师资培训现状的对策建议。
[Abstract]:The new round of basic education curriculum reform in China is an important measure to promote quality education and improve national quality. In the process of the new curriculum reform, teachers are the main force in the implementation of the new curriculum, their educational ideas and behaviors will have a great impact on the success or failure of the curriculum reform. Therefore, it is necessary to train the teachers of primary and secondary schools before the full implementation of the new curriculum, so that they can understand and master the concept of the new curriculum and form the ability to implement the new curriculum. Since the implementation of the basic education curriculum reform, many scholars and educational researchers have studied the teacher training of the new curriculum in many aspects, and tried to explore ways and means to improve the quality of the training. For example, training problems, training concerns, training methods, training models have become a research hotspot. However, from the current situation, in our country, there is almost no investigation and research on the new curriculum teacher training of minority basic education. Especially for the basic education of ethnic minorities including Uygur in Xinjiang, the research on this aspect has been blank. This is unfavorable to the successful completion of the new curriculum reform of Uygur basic education. Therefore, it is necessary to study the new curriculum teacher training in Uygur primary and secondary schools, find out the problems, sum up the experience, and explore how to improve the quality and effect of the training. This paper mainly adopts questionnaire, literature and interview to investigate and study the new curriculum teacher training of Uygur primary and middle schools. The purpose of this paper is to understand the status of new curriculum teacher training in Uygur primary and middle schools, analyze the existing problems and their causes, and find out the methods to improve the status of new curriculum teacher training in Uygur primary and middle schools. The text of this paper is divided into four parts. The first part, introduction. The introduction part mainly includes the research background, the research purpose and the significance, the research thought and the research method and so on. The second part, the new curriculum reform and teachers' necessary qualities. This part mainly discusses the background of the new curriculum reform, the goal of the new curriculum reform and the teachers' necessary qualities under the new curriculum reform background. The third part, Uygur primary and middle school new curriculum teacher training present situation. This part analyzes the problems and causes of the new curriculum teacher training in Uygur primary and secondary schools on the basis of the collation and statistics of the survey data, and analyzes the Urumqi, The effects of new curriculum training in Uygur primary and secondary schools in Kashi and Yili are compared. The fourth part, improve Uygur primary and middle school new curriculum teacher training present situation countermeasure ponder. According to the problems and reasons of the new curriculum teacher training in Uygur primary and middle schools, from the geographical environment and economic development level of Xinjiang, the trend of bilingual education of Uygur basic education, Based on the cultural and ecological environment of Uygur primary and middle school teachers, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the present situation of teachers' training in the new curriculum of Uygur primary and middle schools.
