加强金融业教育培训评估的思考

【摘要】:正知识经济时代,作为人力资源管理的一个重要手段--培训,已越来越受到各级组织的重视,员工培训不仅能持续提升员工的知识、技能与工作态度,而且能为组织提供强有力的人力资源保障。人民银行历来重视员工的教育培训,并随着金融体制改革的深入和职能的调整,不断更新和调整培训内容,使员工的整体素质能适应职能调整和形势及业务发展的需要。但是,培训是否具有针对性,对工作的推动或整体员工队伍素质的提高发挥了多大的作用等培训的绩效问题,对从事培训工作的人或单位来说,都是一个难以说清的事情。如果能对培训作一个科学的评估,就能了解培训是否真正有效。因此,评估是不可忽视的。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, as an important means of human resource management, training has been paid more and more attention by organizations at all levels. And can provide strong human resource safeguard for organization. The people's Bank of China has always attached great importance to the education and training of employees, and with the deepening of the reform of financial system and the adjustment of its functions, it has constantly updated and adjusted the contents of the training, so that the overall quality of employees can meet the needs of the adjustment of functions, the situation and the development of business. However, whether the training has the pertinence, the promotion to the work or how much the improvement of the quality of the whole staff has played the training performance question, it is difficult to say clearly to the person or the unit which is engaged in the training work. If you can make a scientific evaluation of training, you can understand whether training is really effective. Therefore, evaluation should not be ignored.
