德州三中学生学业成绩与家庭教育状况的相关性研究

【摘要】: 在我国现行教育体制下,学业成绩是衡量一个学生能否继续升学或深造的重要参数。学生的学业成绩主要受学生主体、家庭、学校三个方面影响。其中家庭是影响孩子学业成绩的一个重要因素。 德州三中是本人执教的一所学校,因地处城市边缘地带,学生家长成分复杂,家庭状况不一,导致学生的学业成绩分化比较严重。本研究从家长文化程度、教养方式、从事的职业、掌握的教育知识等影响学生学业成绩的家庭教育状况因素入手,对学生及家长进行问卷调查。研究结果显示:家长的文化程度、从事职业、掌握的教育知识以及家长教养方式对中学生的学业成绩有很大的影响。表现为家长的文化程度越高,教育知识越丰富,采取民主教养方式越多,其子女的学业成绩越高;相反,家长的文化程度越低,教育知识越贫乏,采取专制和放纵教养方式越多,其子女的学业成绩越低。职业为专业技术人员和企事业干部的家长,其子女学习成绩优秀的较多,而职工和个体劳动者的子女相对学业成绩优秀的较少。 本研究在探求德州市三中学生家庭环境与学生学业成绩的影响后,有针对性地提出以下指导与建议:一是家长应不断提高自身素质;二是家长要采用科学的教育方法;三是要加强家校合作,通过学校与家长、家长与家长的沟通与交流,增进理解,互相学习,取长补短,以促进中学生健康成长。
[Abstract]:Under the current educational system in China, academic achievement is an important parameter to measure whether a student can continue to study or pursue further studies. Students' academic achievement is mainly affected by three aspects: student subject, family and school. Among them, family is an important factor that affects children's academic achievement. Texas No. 3 Middle School is a school I teach, because it is located on the edge of the city, the composition of students' parents is complicated, and the family condition is different, which leads to the serious differentiation of students' academic achievements. In this study, students and their parents were investigated by questionnaire from the aspects of parents' education level, education style, occupation, education knowledge and other factors which affect students' academic achievement. The results show that parents' educational level, occupation, educational knowledge and parenting style have great influence on middle school students' academic achievement. The higher the parents' educational level, the richer the educational knowledge and the more democratic upbringing, the higher the academic achievement of their children; On the contrary, the lower the parents' education level, the poorer the educational knowledge, the more autocratic and indulgent rearing methods, and the lower their children's academic achievement. The parents of professional and technical personnel and enterprise cadres have more excellent academic achievements of their children, while the children of workers and self-employed workers are less excellent than those of self-employed workers. After exploring the influence of students' family environment and students' academic achievement in Dezhou No. 3 Middle School, this study puts forward the following guidance and suggestions: first, parents should constantly improve their own quality; second, parents should adopt scientific education methods; Third, it is necessary to strengthen home-school cooperation, through the school and parents, parent-parent communication and exchange, improve understanding, learn from each other, in order to promote the healthy growth of middle school students.
