河南省普通与聋人大学生时间管理倾向比较研究

【摘要】：随着时间管理的概念首先从西方引入,近年来,越来越多的心理学者把时间管理纳入了研究范围,并且认为时间管理能力是个体稳定存在的一种人格特质。在心理学领域,针对时间管理的研究也越来越多,比如探究时间管理能力与学业成绩、性格气质类型、成就动机、自尊等的相互关系。但是这些研究都是针对普通健全人,针对聋人群体的研究甚少,尤其是针对聋人大学生时间管理特点的研究以及和普通人之间的比较所做的研究几乎是空白。本文希望以此为核心,根据当今大学生时间管理倾向的现状和以往研究存在的不足进行深入的探究和分析,并采用黄希庭、张志杰编制的《青少年时间管理倾向量表》为研究工具,对聋人和普通大学生时间管理倾向进行比较,旨在考察两类学生时间管理倾向的影响因素和异同。以河南省两所高校的聋人和普通大学生为研究对象,采用随机抽样的方式抽取374名聋人和普通大学生进行施测,对结果进行统计分析后发现： (1)聋人大学生和普通大学生之间的时间管理倾向存在差异。存在差异的维度是：时间效能感、社会取向的时间价值感、计划性、优先级、反馈性和时间管理效能。 (2)性别、年级、学科、地区来源、是否喜欢所学专业、是否课外打工、是否有男女朋友、父母受教育程度这些因素均对聋人大学生的时间管理倾向有一定的影响。 (3)年级、是否参加学生会、是否担任学生干部、是否课外打工、是否有男女朋友、母亲的受教育程度这些因素均对普通大学生的时间管理倾向有一定的影响。
[Abstract]:With the introduction of the concept of time management from the West, in recent years, more and more psychologists have brought time management into the scope of research, and think that the ability of time management is a personality trait existing in the stability of individuals. In the field of psychology, there are more and more researches on time management, such as exploring the relationship between time management ability and academic achievement, personality temperament, achievement motivation, self-esteem and so on. However, these studies are aimed at the ordinary healthy people, and few studies on the deaf population, especially on the characteristics of the deaf college students' time management and the comparison between the deaf and the ordinary people are almost blank. This article hopes to take this as the core, according to the current situation of the college students' time management tendency and the deficiency of the previous research, and adopt Huang Xiting, Zhang Zhijie's "Youth time Management tendency scale" was used as a research tool to compare the time management tendency of deaf people and ordinary college students in order to investigate the influencing factors and similarities and differences of the two types of students' time management tendency. Taking deaf people and ordinary college students from two colleges and universities in Henan Province as research objects, 374 deaf people and ordinary college students were selected by random sampling. Statistical analysis of the results showed that: (1) there were differences in the tendency of time management between deaf college students and ordinary college students. The dimensions of difference are: sense of time efficiency, social orientation of time value, planning, priority, feedback and time management efficiency. (2) the factors such as gender, grade, subject, regional source, whether they like their major, whether they work after school, whether they have male or female friends, or whether their parents are educated, all have some influence on the time management tendency of deaf college students. (3) the factors of grade, whether to join the student union, whether to be a student cadre, whether to work outside class, whether there are male and female friends, mother's educational level, all these factors have certain influence on the time management tendency of ordinary college students.
