【摘要】：本文从领会和把握科学发展观的精神内涵与理论要素入手,分析其在引领成人高教建设、解决成教办学过程所遇困难和问题的思路与方法,阐述了在新形势下,成人高教改革与发展应以四个方面的观念转变为先导;须处理好五个方面的关系;须强化三个方面的对策和措施。
[Abstract]:Starting with understanding and grasping the spiritual connotation and theoretical elements of the scientific concept of development, this paper analyzes its ideas and methods in leading the construction of adult higher education and solving the difficulties and problems encountered in the process of running adult education, and expounds that under the new situation, the reform and development of adult higher education should be guided by the transformation of four aspects of ideas; the relationship between five aspects should be dealt with well; and the countermeasures and measures in three aspects should be strengthened.
