中国足球协会收益共享机制研究

【摘要】：为构建一个体现多元化、差异化和动态化的具有中国特色的收益共享机制,对中国足球协会、各省市足球协会及下属各地方足球协会的收入状况、支出状况、组织运营和管理状况、收入共享方面的诉求等问题进行深度访谈,在借鉴国际上有关足球协会收益共享机制实践经验的基础上,基于"统筹发展、发掘资源、突出服务、注重激励、体现差异"的理念,构建中国足球协会相应的收益共享机制,与地方协会形成一种全新的互动关系,即"中国足球协会扁平化、会员协会网络化、地方协会垂直化"的新型组织体系,充分借助政府与社会的双重力量,协调、激励和监督各级协会、联赛、俱乐部等相关组织的行为,将有助于实现我国足球协会组织运行框架和权力模块的调整与创新,推进我国足球治理新机制的形成。
[Abstract]:In order to construct a diversified, differentiated and dynamic income sharing mechanism with Chinese characteristics, the income and expenditure of the Chinese Football Association, the provincial and municipal football associations and the subordinate local football associations are analyzed. Conduct in-depth interviews on issues such as organization, operation and management, demands for income sharing, etc., on the basis of drawing lessons from the practical experience of international football association revenue sharing mechanisms, based on "overall development, unearthing resources and outstanding services," Pay attention to incentive, embody difference "idea, construct the corresponding income share mechanism of Chinese football association, form a kind of brand-new interactive relation with local association, namely" Chinese football association flattened, member association network, " The new organizational system of "vertical local associations", making full use of the dual forces of the government and society, to coordinate, motivate and supervise the behavior of associations, leagues, clubs and other related organizations at all levels, It will be helpful to realize the adjustment and innovation of the running frame and the power module of the football association in China, and to promote the formation of a new mechanism of football governance in our country.
