健腹轮式核心力量训练对竞技健美操运动员平衡能力的影响及对策研究

【摘要】:运用文献资料、专家访谈、数理统计、逻辑分析、实验等研究方法,以东华理工大学20名健美操运动员为研究对象,其中男女各10名;试图探讨核心力量训练理论、方法与传统的力量训练理论、方法两者之间中的哪一种理论方法对健美操运动员的核心平衡能力的相关素质具有显著性的差异。研究过程中,将20名健美操运动员分别按照性别的不同,分成男子类实验组10名与女子类实验组10名,不同组别按照小组集团模式统一训练,实验组主要采用作者设计的核心力量训练手段——健腹轮式核心力量训练,训练过程中严格遵照教练的训练思路与方法,实验干预18周,每周训练6次,每次运动时间为下午4点至6点(除去准备活动以及其他训练内容),保证每次进行的核心力量训练时间为60分钟。此外,实验干预过程中以脉搏作为运动强度的监控指标,运动强度保持在150-160次/min。研究结果显示:(1)经过18周的以健腹轮为主的核心力量训练,男、女双方各20名运动员的“燕式平衡、单足侧搬腿平衡°”这二项主要反映健美操运动员平衡能力指标的综合得分显著的提(P0.05)。(2)经过18周以健腹轮为主的核心力量训练,其20名实验组运动员的“俯卧两头起、仰卧两头起”这二项主要反映健美操运动员核心部位的爆发力和耐力指标的综合得分显著的提高(P0.05),且躯干两侧的大肌群能达到均衡发展的效果。(3)经过18周以健腹轮为主的核心力量训练,其20名实验组运动员的“单足立转720°、立转540°接无支持垂地劈腿”这二项主要反映健美操运动员矢状轴和冠状轴平衡与稳定性指标的综合得分显著性的提高(P0.05)。(4)经过18周以健腹轮为主的核心力量训练后,对其专项技能指标进行测试显示:实验组的运动员的动静结合性“单足侧搬腿转体360°和依柳辛接无支持垂地劈腿”综合得分显著的提高(P0.01)。
[Abstract]:By using the methods of literature, expert interview, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, experiment and so on, 20 aerobics athletes of Donghua University of Technology, including 10 men and 10 men, were selected to study the theory of core strength training. Methods there is a significant difference between the traditional strength training theory and which one of the two methods has a significant difference in the quality of the core balance ability of aerobics athletes. In the course of the study, 20 aerobics athletes were divided into male experimental group (10) and female (10) experimental group according to gender, and different groups were trained according to group model. The experimental group mainly adopted the core strength training method designed by the author-healthy abdomen wheeled core strength training. During the training process, the training thought and method of the coach were strictly followed, and the experiment intervention was conducted for 18 weeks, 6 times a week. Exercise time from 4: 00 pm to 6: 00 pm (excluding preparation and other training). Ensure 60 minutes of core strength training per session. In addition, the pulse was used as the monitoring index of exercise intensity in the course of experimental intervention, and the exercise intensity was maintained at 150-160 / min. The results showed that: (1) after 18 weeks of core strength training, 20 athletes of both sexes, male and female, had "swallow balance". These two items mainly reflect the comprehensive score of the balance ability index of aerobics athletes (P0.05). (2). After 18 weeks of training, 20 athletes in the experimental group "prostrate at both ends" after 18 weeks of training. The two items mainly reflect the comprehensive scores of the core part of aerobics athletes' explosive power and endurance (P0.05), and the muscle groups on both sides of the trunk can achieve the effect of balanced development. (3) after 18 weeks of healthy abdomen. Wheel based core strength training, The two items of "single foot standing turn 720 掳, vertical turn 540 掳and unsupported vertical split" mainly reflect the significant improvement of the balance and stability index of sagittal axis and coronal axis of aerobics athletes (P0.05). (4). After training the core strength of Zhou Yijian's abdominal wheel, The test results showed that the integrated scores of the athletes in the experimental group were significantly improved (P0.01). The results showed that the integrated scores of the athletes in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.01).
