河北省田径裁判员问题行为研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of economy and the progress of science and technology, our country has become a great sports country. Track and field sports as the oldest sport in sports events, its charm is not just because of its long history, but also from track and field sports representatives" Oversea self, courage to fight "Humanistic Spirit. There are more and more rules in track and field competitions, and there are more posts in the referee's work. Therefore, there will be a lot of judges who need referees. The referee is not only the penalty officer of the sports meet, but also the carrier of human good reputation, people have placed a very good hope for the referee. In the competition, the referee should uphold the principle of fairness, impartiality and openness to take responsibility for each game carefully, but for each group of competitions. Based on the study of the latest research results at home and abroad, this study explores the rules, methods, present situation and existing problems of track and field judges on the basis of the latest research results at home and abroad. It provides the necessary theoretical basis for the accurate, fair and fair play of the track and field judges in the course of the referee. As the referee in the field, the referee directly affects the performance and result of the athlete's competition. Therefore, in order to ensure that the athletes can play in a fair and fair environment, they can play their own potential. It is very important to study the problem behaviors of track and field referees during the competition. This paper uses the methods of literature review, investigation and mathematical statistics to study the behavior of track and field judges in Hebei province as the research object. Through in-depth investigation and research on the problems of the referees in other competitions, such as the adolescent track and field championships in Hebei Province, and selecting the track and field coaches, professional team athletes and relevant experts at all levels of our province as the research objects, the basic status of the behavior of the track and field judges is analyzed. This paper discusses the main problems and influential factors of the referee's work in track and field judges, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the question behavior of track and field judges. Through this study, the research conclusions are as follows: 1. The basic situation of track and field judges in Hebei province is: the imbalance between male and female referees, the need to increase female referees, the age distribution is dominated by young and middle-aged, the candidates reserve large amount, and the proportion of international referees is the largest. the overall holding level is high; however, the number of national and international judges is small; the overall cultural level of the track and field judges is high, but the team scientific research personnel are few. most of the track and field judges can exercise self-discipline in the course of the examination, and a small proportion of the track and field judges have some deviation in the cognition of the professional ethics and the actual behavior." Intrinsic Factor "and" extrinsic factors" Two aspects. "extrinsic factors" mainly including" Social factors", "Work Environment Factor", "Athletes and Coaches Factors" in that third aspect, in the course of the game, Hebei province track and field referees mainly focus on the problems of concentration, freedom, lateness, misjudgment, missing sentence and so on, indicating that the ability of the track and field referee in Hebei province is to be strengthened. 5. The professional level of the track and field referees team is uneven. A group learning network platform can be constructed, and the qualified and experienced track and field judges and the track and field referees with a weak capacity are formed, the binding type learning is formed in the form of a group of three people or a group of teams, and when the experience of the old referee is learned by the new referee, The old referee is also learning the skills of acquiring knowledge from the network brought by the new referee. 6. The primary channel of improving the business by the track and field judges is the practice. Therefore, the referee management department should create more opportunities to facilitate the practice of track and field judges. In order to improve the referee ability of track and field judges, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward according to the problems existing in the course of the referee.
