农村义务教育配置效率与适应效率:概念解构与关系研究

【摘要】：农村义务教育投资效率的传统分析局限于配置效率层次,引入适应效率和配置效率贯通的研究范式,有助于为改进其效率水平提供新思路和新途径。基于核心概念解构、操作性定义和假设模型,建立IMERCE量表对全国380个县(市)2011年农村义务教育投资效率进行测量,利用结构方程模型等方法进行检验和推断。结果显示:中国农村义务教育投资配置效率和适应效率呈现互为因果的显著正向关系;经济发达程度对配置效率、适应效率有显著正向影响;民族地区和非民族地区在义务教育投资配置效率和适应效率上均没有显著差异。提高义务教育投资管理体制的整体效率,应注重配置效率和适应效率的协同推进。
[Abstract]:The traditional analysis of investment efficiency of compulsory education in rural areas is limited to the level of allocation efficiency. The introduction of the research paradigm of adaptation efficiency and allocation efficiency is helpful to provide new ideas and approaches for improving the efficiency level of rural compulsory education. Based on the core concept deconstruction, operational definition and hypothetical model, IMERCE scale was established to measure the investment efficiency of rural compulsory education in 380 counties (cities) in 2011, and the structural equation model was used to test and infer it. The results show that the investment allocation efficiency and adaptive efficiency of rural compulsory education in China show a significant positive relationship with each other, and the degree of economic development has a significant positive impact on allocation efficiency and adaptive efficiency. There is no significant difference in investment allocation efficiency and adaptation efficiency between ethnic regions and non-ethnic regions. To improve the overall efficiency of compulsory education investment management system, we should pay attention to the coordinated promotion of allocation efficiency and adaptive efficiency.
