【摘要】:在推进素质教育、深化教师教育改革的过程中,为进一步推动长阳县基础教育课程改革,提升教师专业水平,长阳县中小学实施了自修—反思式校本研修模式,该县教师团队在这种研修模式的实施与探索中不断提升、面貌焕然一新。自修—反思式校本研修模式由提炼“事例经验”—整合“类经验”—形成个人经验体系—课堂应用与实践四个模块构成,四个模块环环相扣,相互作用,对教师专业发展起到循序渐进的促进作用。自修—反思式校本研修模式的建构和实施始终由地方教育行政部门主导、县域内实行整体推进、实验学校自主创新实践,达到了教师自主生长、学生从中受益、学校发展、社会赞许的良好效果。自修—反思式校本研修模式在有力推动地方教师教育改革的同时,进一步体现了唤醒教师自主提升意识的重要性,具有一定的理论与实践创新价值。自修—反思式校本研修模式的实践明确了教师在教师专业发展过程中的主体地位,将自主选择、自主发展的权力交还给教师,极大程度地调动了教师专业发展的积极性;发挥了教师的主观能动性;提升了教师独立思考、自主创新的能力;真正落实了教师的自主发展,有利于教师综合素质和理论修养的提升。
[Abstract]:In the process of promoting quality education and deepening the reform of teacher education, in order to further promote the curriculum reform of basic education in Changyang County and improve the professional level of teachers, the primary and secondary schools in Changyang County have implemented the self-study and reflective school-based study model. The teachers' team in this county is constantly improving in the implementation and exploration of this kind of research mode. The model of self-study and reflective school-based study is composed of four modules: refining "case experience"-integrating "class experience"-forming personal experience system-classroom application and practice, four modules are linked together. Interaction plays a gradual and progressive role in promoting the professional development of teachers. The construction and implementation of the self-study-reflective school-based study model is always led by the local educational administration department and the overall promotion is carried out in the county area. The experiment school independently innovates the practice, has achieved the teacher independent growth, the student benefits from, the school development. The self-study-reflective school-based study model can promote the local teacher education reform, at the same time, it further reflects the importance of arousing teachers' consciousness of self-improvement. The practice of self-study and reflective school-based study model has made clear the main position of teachers in the process of teachers' professional development, and the power of independent choice and independent development is returned to teachers. To a great extent, the enthusiasm of teachers' professional development has been mobilized; Exerting teachers' initiative; Improve the ability of independent thinking and independent innovation of teachers; It is beneficial to the improvement of teachers' comprehensive quality and theoretical accomplishment.
