小学班主任生存状态个案研究

【摘要】：班主任作为特殊的教师群体,他们不仅要完成自己的课时工作量,更要作为班级的带头人,组织、领导和管理班级,是班级体的灵魂和核心。而班主任的生存状态影响甚至决定着他们的工作方式、工作态度。因此,关注班主任生存状态就是关注学生的教育、关心学生。小学班主任面对的是一群需要付出更多努力、更多精力、更多技巧的小学生们,他们向师性强,班主任的一言一行都对小学生的身心发展产生不可磨灭的影响。因此,小学班主任生存状态研究至关重要。本文将以Y小学为例,从小学班主任的基本生活状态、日常工作状态、工作心理状态三个维度研究其生存状态。本文以质性研究为主,首先,笔者对被采访的小学班主任的基本情况做一些了解;然后从中选取性别、教龄、职称等不同的三名班主任,通过访谈法、观察法、叙事研究法等获取相关信息,探究小学班主任的生存现状及存在的问题,并结合问卷调查结果,从教学环境因素、社会因素、班主任自身因素对问题出现的原因做客观的描述和深入的分析;最后,笔者结合访谈的内容,针对存在的问题提出一些想法和建议,以图改善小学班主任生存状态,提高基础教育质量。
[Abstract]:Class teachers as a special group of teachers, they should not only complete their own hours of work, but also as the class leader, organization, leadership and management of the class. It is the soul and core of the class form, and the existence state of the class teacher even determines their working way and attitude. Therefore, paying attention to the survival state of the class teacher is to pay attention to the education of the students. Care for the students. The primary school teacher is facing a group of students who need to pay more effort, more energy, more skills, they have a strong teacher. Every word and action of the head teacher has an indelible influence on the physical and mental development of primary school students. Therefore, it is very important to study the survival state of the primary school head teacher. This article will take Y primary school as an example. From the primary school head teacher's basic life state, the daily work state, the work psychology state three dimensions research its survival state. The author made some understanding of the basic situation of the primary school teacher interviewed; Then select three different class teachers, such as gender, teaching age, professional title, through interviews, observation, narrative research and other methods to obtain relevant information, explore the survival of primary school class teachers and existing problems. And combined with the results of the questionnaire, from the teaching environment factors, social factors, headteacher's own factors to make an objective description and in-depth analysis of the causes of the problem; Finally, combined with the content of the interview, the author puts forward some ideas and suggestions in view of the existing problems, in order to improve the survival state of the primary school head teacher and improve the quality of basic education.
