基于录像分析下的小学数学课堂教学教师板书行为研究

【摘要】:板书一直是小学数学教师课堂教学的重要手段,同时板书行为的差异决定着小学数学课堂教学的质量。实际上,随着中小学课改和现代教育技术的革新,小学数学老师在课堂授课中各教师的板书行为的差异显著,同时学生对板书的认识存在诸多不足,从而导致小学数学课堂效率下降。如何通过改善小学数学教师的板书行为,以达到提高课堂授课的效率始终备受教育工作者和学术界的关注。鉴于此,本文从板书行为的概念出发,在梳理板书行为的理论基础和国内外相关研究的基础上,首先,通过问卷调查和访谈提纲的方式摸清小学学生和小学数学教师对板书行为的认识和实施现状,找出现阶段小学数学板书行为存在的问题;其次,多次观看十名获得省级小学数学讲课竞赛的录像作品,记录各获奖教师的板书行为,包括板书位置、板书结合时机、板书字体、辅助性板书、学生参与程度以及板书讲解配合时机等诸多方面,力求摸清各获奖作品教师授课板书的共性和优势;最后,总结现阶段小学数学教师板书存在的问题,结合获奖作品的教师板书,对症下药,提出改善小学数学教师板书行为的针对性建议。本文研究发现当前小学数学教学板书存在诸多问题:教师大多忽视了板书行为的重要性,过多注重知识的灌输;多数教师由于工作繁重,课堂板书同质性明显;教师对板书辅助的形象物品准备不足,降低了学生对相关数学概念的理解;学生很少参与教师的板书行为,降低了学生对新知识的掌握。与此同时,我们发现获奖优秀作品教师的板书行为的共性包括:不同教学环节,板书侧重点不同;教师多借助多媒体及形象物品加深学生对数学概念的理解;80%的教师会在新知识讲解后进行板书演练;90%的教师会让学生参与板书。因此,本文提出以下改善小学数学教师板书行为的针对性建议:(1)强调板书行为的重要性,并在不同教学环节采用不同板书;(2)鼓励教师对板书辅助物品的使用,比如多媒体和不同类型的形象物品;(3)提高学生在课堂上板书行为的参与度;(4)此外,教师还要注意课程讲解时机与板书行为的有效结合,提高小学数学课堂教学效率。此外,本研究使用的李克特量表对学生和小学数学教师进行的访问,调研数据均通过SPSS软件进行了信度和效度分析,样本的分布能够较好地代表现阶段城乡小学、不同年级小学数学的课堂板书行为现状,因而该研究结论具有一定的推广性和借鉴性,以期提高小学数学课堂教学的效率。
[Abstract]:Writing is an important way for primary school mathematics classroom teaching, at the same time, writing on the blackboard behavior decides the quality of primary school mathematics classroom teaching. In fact, with the primary and secondary school curriculum reform and modern education technology innovation, different behavior of each teacher of primary school mathematics teacher writing on the blackboard in the classroom teaching in the students' understanding of writing at the same time significantly, there are many insufficient, which leads to a decrease in primary school mathematics classroom efficiency. How to improve the behavior of primary school mathematics teachers through writing, in order to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching has always been educators and academic attention. In view of this, this article from the concept of writing behavior, in combing the theoretical basis of writing and relevant research at home and abroad on the basis of first of all, through the questionnaire survey and interview method of blackboard writing behavior understanding students and primary school mathematics teachers in primary school and find out the implementation of the status quo, to find The present stage of primary school mathematics writing behavior problems; secondly, repeatedly watching ten provincial primary school mathematics teaching competition video works, writing records of the award-winning teacher behavior, including writing, writing on the blackboard with time, writing font, auxiliary blackboard, student participation and writing on the blackboard to explain the timing and other aspects, and the common advantage in order to find out the various works of teaching writing; finally, summarized the current primary school mathematics teachers "problems, combined with the award-winning teacher on the blackboard, an antidote against the disease, put forward to improve the writing behavior of primary school mathematics teachers suggestions. This study found that there are many problems in the current primary school mathematics teaching: teachers neglect the importance of writing the writing behavior that too much emphasis on the inculcation of knowledge; the majority of teachers due to the heavy workload, the homogeneity of significant teachers classroom blackboard writing on blackboard auxiliary; Help the image of goods is insufficient, reduce the students on the understanding of mathematical concepts; writing behavior of students rarely participate in teachers, reduce the students to master new knowledge. At the same time, we found that including awards for outstanding works of teachers writing behavior in common: different teaching links, writing on the blackboard is different; teachers with the help of multimedia and image items to enhance the students understanding of mathematical concepts; 80% teachers will be writing exercises in new knowledge; 90% teachers will let the students participate in the writing on the blackboard. Therefore, this paper proposes the following improvements on behavior of primary school mathematics teachers suggestions: (1) the importance of writing behavior, and different in different types of teaching writing; (2) encourage teachers to use for writing auxiliary items, such as multimedia and various types of image objects; (3) improve the participation behavior of the students in the classroom on the blackboard; (4) In addition, teachers should pay attention to the effective combination of the teaching time and writing behavior, improve the efficiency of primary school mathematics classroom teaching. In addition, this study uses the Likert scale for students and primary school mathematics teachers access, the analysis of reliability and validity of the survey data through the SPSS software, the distribution of the samples can be better now the phase of the urban and rural primary school, classroom blackboard writing behavior status in different grades of primary school mathematics, so the conclusion of the study has a certain application and reference, in order to improve the efficiency of primary school mathematics classroom teaching.
