浅谈日喀则地区小学学生藏语文现状

【摘要】：对于藏族学生来说藏语文是人们学习其他学科知识的基本工具,因此,让儿童掌握过硬的藏语文基础知识是对其长远发展仍至于终身发展起到了至关重要的作用。藏语文是学习学科知识的基础,无论是从事何种职业,都离不开它,字词,句更是基础中的基础。对于祖国未来的主人,加强藏语文教学,为实现孩子们的梦想,为建设美丽富强的祖国培养出栋梁之才是我们教育工作者不可推托的责任。近期本人对日喀则市小学藏语文教育教学过程中存在的问题和根源进行全面的跟踪调查,改变原有的教学观念和教育问题特撰写了一篇论文,发表自己的观点,具体内容概括如下:学校教育、家庭教育和社会教育的三个因素,教师的教法及教师岗位培训,教材及学生的学习兴趣等方面对进行了粗略的探讨,另外从调查研究成果及实际教学工作中的矛盾和藏语文教学面临危机的现象发表自己的观点,从而推进市小学藏语文教育教学,展现藏语文教学新的台阶。藏语文教学不仅关系到教学质量的重要问题,也是整个西藏教育的重要组成部分。以日喀则市小学为例,藏语文教学在学校基础教育中起到重要地位,我市小学教育教学质量的好坏直接关系到全区教育的发展,因此从我校藏语文基础教育方面,从无到有,从有到大,尤其是依照我国在教育机制改革和全国新课程改革的规划下市小学也同样跟全国各兄弟小学一样开展藏语文基础教育改革和摘要发展工作,以义务教育法的目标正一步步向前进,在党的正确方针、政策,尤其是党的民族地区教育政策的关怀下经过近三十年的努力,日喀则市小学不仅在藏语文教育教学方面取得了又一个可喜的成绩,而且在全市适龄儿童入学率及教育质量等方面做出了极大贡献。从事藏语文教学是一项长期的细致的工作。它是与上级教育主管部门、学校、社会和家庭有着密切的联系的。它与经济等行业不同从本质上有着区别,它是一项培养人的行业再者,藏语文教学不像给患者吃药打针那样,它是由儿童的天份、个性、年龄段、心里发育等诸多因素具有短时效应相互依托相互制约的一项有着长远目标的伟大工程。但在现实生活中很容易被人们所忽视。本人,以日喀则市小学的藏语文教学现状,讲述几点个人的观点。本人从调查问卷,藏语文教学现状其对整体的影响,解决方法等四个方面进行了论述。
[Abstract]:For Tibetan students, Tibetan language is a basic tool for people to learn knowledge of other subjects. To let children master the basic knowledge of Tibetan language is of vital importance to their long-term development or to their lifelong development. Tibetan language is the basis for learning academic knowledge, no matter what occupation they are engaged in, they cannot be separated from it. For the future masters of the motherland, to strengthen the teaching of Tibetan language, in order to realize the dreams of the children, In order to build a beautiful, rich and strong motherland, it is the responsibility that we educators cannot shirk. Recently, I have conducted a comprehensive follow-up investigation on the problems and root causes in the teaching of Tibetan language in primary schools in Xigaze City. He has written a paper on changing the original teaching concepts and educational problems, and published his own views. The specific contents are summarized as follows: three factors of school education, family education and social education, the teaching method of teachers and the training of teachers' posts. This paper makes a rough discussion on the teaching materials and students' interest in learning. In addition, the author puts forward his own views from the results of investigation and research and the contradictions in practical teaching work and the phenomenon that Tibetan language teaching is facing a crisis. In order to promote the teaching of Tibetan language in primary schools in the city, and to show a new level of teaching in Tibetan language, Tibetan language teaching is not only an important issue of teaching quality, but also an important part of education in Tibet. Take Xigaze City Primary School as an example, Tibetan language teaching plays an important role in the basic education of schools. The quality of primary education and teaching in our city is directly related to the development of education in the whole district. In particular, in accordance with China's plan for the reform of the educational mechanism and the national new curriculum reform, the city's primary schools are also carrying out the basic education reform and summary development work of Tibetan language just like all other primary schools in the country. With the goal of the compulsory education law moving forward step by step, under the care of the Party's correct principles and policies, especially the party's education policy in ethnic areas, we have made nearly three decades of efforts. Xigaze primary school has not only made another gratifying achievement in Tibetan language teaching, Moreover, it has made great contributions to the school enrolment rate and the quality of education of school-age children in the whole city. It is a long-term and meticulous work in Tibetan language teaching. It is with the higher education authorities and schools. Society and family are closely related. It is different from economic and other industries in essence. It is an industry that trains people. Furthermore, Tibetan language teaching is not like taking medicine and injections to patients. It is made up of the talents and personalities of children. Many factors, such as age, mental development and so on, have a great project with long term goals which depend on each other for a short time effect. But it is easy to be ignored by people in real life. Based on the present situation of Tibetan language teaching in primary schools of Xigaze City, this paper expounds several personal viewpoints. I have discussed the questionnaire, the influence of Tibetan language teaching status on the whole, and the solutions to it.
