运控球游戏在U7儿童足球教学中的应用

【摘要】:足球运动是世界上开展最广泛的一项体育运动,是一项集体能、技能、心理、智能、战术及团队配合为一体的综合性运动,一名优秀球员的成长需要众多专业教练数十年的精心培养,因此邓小平提出的“足球从娃娃抓起”非常具有前瞻性和必要性,然而纵观我国足球改革十几年的风雨历程,儿童青少年足球训练方面始终没有明显变化,个人经验教学、成人模式教学、过早进行专项化训练、呆板重复的训练方式等不合理、不合时宜的训练随处可见,儿童不是小“成人”,不同年龄阶段的孩子有其不同的身心特点,我国著名教育学家陈鹤琴曾经说过:“小孩子生来是好动的,是以游戏为生命的”,本文的研究对象是U7儿童,U7儿童也就是学龄的小学一年级,也算是刚刚进行正式学校教育,这个年龄阶段的儿童具有独特的生理、心理特点,U7儿童也是发展身体素质、熟悉球感、进行足球启蒙教学、个人控球教学的关键时期,因此在此年龄阶段探索以运控球游戏进行足球启蒙教学是很有必要的,本文旨在通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等相关科研方法,对北京大学附属小学(丰台分校)一年级四个班级的学生进行为期三个月的教学实验研究,通过对比实验前后实验组与对照组的技术指标、身体素质指标、心里感官指标相关数据的差异,得出以下结论:1、运控球游戏教学在技术的掌握方面,实验组与对照组无明显差别(实验后技术评价指标6米运球绕杆P0.05;30秒快速绕“8”字P0.05;12米快速带球P0.05)表明短期的运控球游戏教学对学生的技术影响差别不明显。2、运控球游戏教学在身体负荷方面,实验组与对照组差别显著(身体负荷指标心率P0.05;摸球折返P0.05;步数测量P0.05),且实验组平均心率明显高于对照组、实验组摸球折返成绩明显高于对照组、实验组平均跑动步数明显高于对照组,由此表明运控球游戏教学对发展学生身体素质方面效果显著。3、运控球游戏教学在学生心理方面,实验组与对照组有明显差别(实验后学生自我感官问卷赋值分析后P0.05;家长问卷赋值分析后P0.05)实验组对上课训练的喜欢程度、愿意继续进行足球训练的人数明显高于对照组,4、运控球游戏教学在球性练习方面,实验组与对照组差别同样明显(触球次数数据P0.05)实验组的平均触球次数明显高于对照组,这说明运控球游戏教学在U7小学一年级儿童的足球教学中具备一定的合理性与有效性,同时也具有充分的理论依据,本研究希望能以点带面,为儿童青少年的足球训练或儿童青少年在其他方面的训练提供参考。
[Abstract]:Football is the most widely held sport in the world. It is a comprehensive sport of collective energy, skill, psychology, intelligence, tactics and teamwork. The growth of an outstanding player needs the careful training of many professional coaches for decades. Therefore, Deng Xiaoping's "soccer from the doll" is very forward-looking and necessary. However, throughout our country's football reform of more than ten years of wind and rain course, There has always been no obvious change in football training for children and adolescents. Personal experience teaching, adult mode teaching, prematurely specialized training, rigid and repetitive training methods and other unreasonable and inopportune training can be found everywhere. Children are not small "adults". Children of different ages have different physical and mental characteristics. Chen Heqin, a famous educator in China, once said: "Children are born active. The subjects of this study are U7 children, that is, the first grade of primary schools of school age, who have just had a formal school education, and children of this age have unique physiology. The psychological characteristics of U7 children are also the key period of developing physical quality, familiarity with ball feeling, teaching of soccer enlightenment and teaching of individual control ball. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the teaching of soccer enlightenment by using the ball control game at this age stage. The purpose of this paper is to use the methods of literature, questionnaire, experiment, expert interview, mathematical statistics and so on. A three-month teaching experiment was conducted on the students in the first grade and four classes of the affiliated primary school (Fengtai Branch) of Peking University. The technical indexes and physical fitness indexes of the experimental group and the control group were compared before and after the experiment. The difference of the related data of the psychological sensory index, draw the following conclusion: 1, the teaching of the ball control game in the aspect of mastering the technology, There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (after the experiment, the technical evaluation index was 6m dribbling around P0.05; the 30-second fast winding "8" word P0.05m fast dribbling P0.05) showed that the short-term teaching of the ball control game had no obvious difference on the students' technical influence, and the operation control had no obvious difference. Ball game teaching in terms of body load, There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (body load index, heart rate P0.05; ball reentry, P0.05; step number, P0.05, and the average heart rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The average number of running steps in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, which indicated that the teaching of the ball control game had a significant effect on the development of students' physical quality, and that the teaching of the ball control game was effective in the psychological aspect of the students. There was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (P0.05 after the self-sensory questionnaire assignment analysis and P0.05 after the parent questionnaire assignment analysis) the degree of liking for the class training in the experimental group was significantly different from that in the control group. The number of people willing to continue the football training was significantly higher than that of the control group. The average number of ball touches in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group in the ball control game teaching, and the difference between the experimental group and the control group was equally significant (P0.05). This shows that the teaching of ball control game has certain rationality and effectiveness in the football teaching of the first grade children in U7 primary school, at the same time, it also has sufficient theoretical basis. To provide reference for football training of children and adolescents or other aspects of training for children and adolescents.
