管建刚“以发表为中心”的作文教学探究

【摘要】:管建刚是一位有着鲜明作文教学主张和独特作文教学方法的优秀老师。他的“以发表为中心”的作文教学就是在《班级作文周报》的基础上,建立了一套评价激励机制,使班上的学生都能感受到“发表”带来的成就感、荣誉感,以此激发学生的写作热情。本论文重点研究管建刚老师“以发表为中心”的作文教学思想,对他的作文教学主张和独特的教学方法作深入的研究。论文分为五大部分,第一部分是绪论,介绍了本论文的选题缘由,文献综述,研究方法及创新点。第二部分介绍了管建刚“以发表为中心”的作文教学实验及理论,主要从实验的起源;持久不断的动力机制;创新点;以及理论基础四个方面加以论述。第三部分是管建刚“以发表为中心”的作文教学的主张,主要从六个方面进行论述:“写作兴趣”是最重要的写作动力;学生写作来源于学生的生活;“作后讲评”重于“作前指导”;“多改”重于“多写”;“发表意识”和“读者意识”是写作的内驱力;“课外”重于“课内”。第四部分论述管建刚“以发表为中心”的作文教学对学生作文能力的培养,分别从敏感力的培养,思考力的培养,描写力的培养和构架力的培养四个方面加以论述。最后一部分论述在作文教改背景下对其他地区的同类研究作归纳及管建刚作文教学在我班的实践和启示。
[Abstract]:Guan Jiangang is an excellent teacher with distinctive composition teaching ideas and unique composition teaching methods.His "publishing as the center" of composition teaching is on the basis of "class composition weekly", set up a set of evaluation incentive mechanism, so that students in the class can feel the sense of achievement and honor brought by "publication".In order to stimulate students' enthusiasm for writing.This thesis focuses on Guan Jiangang's writing teaching thought of "taking publication as the center", and makes an in-depth study of his teaching ideas and unique teaching methods.The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is introduction, which introduces the reason, literature review, research methods and innovation of this paper.The second part introduces Guan Jiangang's composition teaching experiment and theory, which is centered on publication, mainly from four aspects: the origin of the experiment, the persistent dynamic mechanism, the innovation point and the theoretical basis.The third part is the proposition of Guan Jiangang's composition teaching centered on publication, which mainly discusses from six aspects: "Writing interest" is the most important motive force for writing, students' writing comes from students' life, and "writing interest" is the most important motivation for writing."comment after work" is more important than "guidance before"; "more reform" is more important than "more writing"; "publication consciousness" and "reader's consciousness" are the driving force of writing; "extracurricular" is more important than "inside class".The fourth part discusses the cultivation of students' writing ability from four aspects: sensitivity, thinking, description and frame.The last part discusses the similar research in other areas under the background of composition teaching reform and the practice and enlightenment of Guan Jiangang's composition teaching in my class.
