小学教师科研能力提升的逻辑起点与对策

【摘要】：小学教师科研能力的提升直接关系到小学教育教学质量的提高。影响小学教师科研能力提升的因素有理念、目标、项目、团队、机制、文化等。要认真分析影响小学教师科研能力提升的问题,树立正确的科研理念,确定合理的科研目标,选择合适的科研项目,重视科研团队建设,建立民主内生的科研机制和形成自觉自主的科研文化,全面提升小学教师科研能力。
[Abstract]:The improvement of primary school teachers' scientific research ability is directly related to the improvement of primary education and teaching quality.The factors influencing primary school teachers' scientific research ability are idea, goal, project, team, mechanism, culture and so on.It is necessary to seriously analyze the problems affecting the improvement of primary school teachers' scientific research ability, establish a correct scientific research concept, determine reasonable scientific research objectives, select appropriate scientific research projects, and attach importance to the construction of scientific research teams.To establish democratic endogenous scientific research mechanism and form a self-conscious scientific research culture to enhance the scientific research ability of primary school teachers.
