小学一年级课外体育活动融入感统训练的实验研究

【摘要】:感觉统合训练是近些年教育系统引进的一种新型的教育理念,主要是通过对儿童的身体实施干预,进而影响神经系统发育,调节心理的一种训练理念,对青少年儿童的身心发展有着积极的影响。此训练方法目前被广泛运用于感觉统合较差的儿童,可有效改善人体基本的能力,包括认知、动作、人际互动等方面。本文主要运用文献资料法、测量法、实验法,结合小学低年级学生身心发育特点,对小学一年级课外体育活动融入感统训练的效果进行研究。通过对石家庄市实验小学的一年级年级80名学生进行感觉统合能力测验和身体素质测验,了解了实验对象感觉统合能力和身体素质现状。在此基础上,将感觉统合训练运用到其课外体育活动当中去,探讨感觉统合训练对小学一年级学生的感统能力和体质健康的影响,提高小学一年级学生感觉统合能力,同时对增进学生体质健康和落实健康第一的思想也有积极作用。期望通过本研究,为学校体育教学提供一种新的教学理念和教学方法。研究结论如下:1.在被调查的石家庄市实验小学一年级学生中存在一定比例的感统失调学生,实验组学生的总体失调率为30%,对照组学生的总体失调率为32.5%。2.在小学一年级课外体育活动中开展感觉统合训练可以有效改善学生的感觉统合能力,尤其是对学生的前庭平衡能力和本体感觉影响较大,其次是触觉防御能力和学习能力。3.系统的、有针对性的感觉统合训练会对小学一年级学生的身体素质产生积极的影响,尤其是对学生的协调能力和平衡能力影响最大。4.感觉统合训练在丰富小学一年级课外体育活动内容的同时,也提高了课外体育活动的效果。
[Abstract]:Sensory integration training is a new educational concept introduced by the educational system in recent years. It mainly involves the intervention of children's bodies, thereby affecting the development of the nervous system and regulating psychology. It has a positive impact on the physical and mental development of adolescent children. This training method is widely used in children with poor sensory integration. It can effectively improve the basic abilities of human body, including cognition, movement, interpersonal interaction and so on. This article mainly uses the literature method, the measurement method, the experiment method, unifies the elementary school low grade student body and mind development characteristic, carries on the research to the primary school first grade extracurricular sports activity integration sense system training effect. The present situation of sensory integrative ability and physical fitness of the subjects was studied by means of sensory integration test and physical fitness test among 80 students in the first grade of Shijiazhuang Experimental Primary School. On this basis, the sensory integration training is applied to its extracurricular sports activities to explore the effect of sensory integration training on the sense ability and physical health of the first grade students in primary schools, so as to improve the sensory integration ability of the first grade students in primary schools. At the same time, it also plays a positive role in improving students' physical health and carrying out the thought of health first. Through this research, we hope to provide a new teaching idea and teaching method for school physical education teaching. The conclusion of the study is as follows: 1. There was a certain proportion of the students in the first grade of Shijiazhuang experimental primary school, the total maladjustment rate of the students in the experimental group was 30 and that of the control group was 32.5.2. In the first grade of primary school, sensory integration training can effectively improve students' sensory integration ability, especially the vestibular balance ability and proprioceptive feeling, followed by tactile defense ability and learning ability .3. Systematic, targeted sensory integration training will have a positive impact on the physical quality of primary school students, especially on the ability of coordination and balance. Sensory integration training not only enriches the content of extracurricular sports activities in primary school, but also improves the effect of extracurricular sports activities.
