山西省小学体育教师职后教育情况调查研究

【摘要】:随着基础教育改革不断深化,体育教师职前所积累的专业知识和专业技能已经无法满足当下体育教学工作开展的需求,而教师又是实施基础教育改革的核心要素;与此同时,我国基础教育发展不均衡的问题受到越来越多的关注,农村及偏远地区师资队伍水平成为了制约体育教学水平提高的主要因素;面对这一现状,我国教育部一方面出台大量优惠政策鼓励高级知识分子投身农村教育事业,从外因上加强师资队伍建设;另一方面加大在职教师培训力度,从内因上提高教师专业素养。职后教育培训成为了解决农村基础教育水平落后和促进体育教学工作改革的首要途径,所以关注基础教育阶段体育教师职后教育就显得尤为重要。 本研究运用问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计等研究方法对山西省职后教育开展情况进行调查研究,以期对山西省小学体育教师职后教育有更加深刻的认识与了解。在运用描述性统计法对现状剖析的基础上探寻山西省职后教育开展中存在的问题,并分析其产生的原因及相关因素。运用探索性因素分析找出量表潜在结构,提取四个共同因子,能够以较少的构念较全面的反映出问卷信息,运用差异检验分析不同背景下山西省小学体育教师职后教育差异。 通过研究得出:山西省小学体育教师已经认识到了职后教育的重要性,,但是在态度上并不重视,参与意识较差。在组织过程中曲解了职后教育培训的真实意图,缺乏必要的选拔机制,存在参训人员筛选不合理的现象。参与方式单一,不够灵活,可选择性少严重阻碍了教师参加职后教育培训的积极性。职后教育考核与反馈机制不健全,远程网络培训监管力度不够,“挂课”现象普遍存在。工学矛盾与经费问题造成了校级职后教育培训开展工作不理想。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform of basic education, the professional knowledge and skills accumulated by physical education teachers before service can no longer meet the needs of the present physical education teaching work, and teachers are the core elements of the implementation of the basic education reform; at the same time, More and more attention has been paid to the unbalanced development of basic education in China, and the level of teachers in rural and remote areas has become the main factor restricting the improvement of physical education. On the one hand, the Ministry of Education has introduced a large number of preferential policies to encourage senior intellectuals to join the rural education cause and strengthen the construction of teachers' contingent from external causes; on the other hand, it has increased the strength of in-service teacher training to improve teachers' professional accomplishment from the internal reasons. Post-vocational education and training has become the first way to solve the backward level of rural basic education and promote the reform of physical education, so it is particularly important to pay attention to the post-vocational education of physical education teachers in the basic education stage. In this study, questionnaire survey, expert interview, mathematical statistics and other research methods were used to investigate and study the development of post-vocational education in Shanxi Province, in order to have a deeper understanding and understanding of the post-vocational education of primary school PE teachers in Shanxi Province. Based on the analysis of the present situation by descriptive statistics, this paper explores the problems existing in the development of post-vocational education in Shanxi Province, and analyzes the causes and related factors. Using exploratory factor analysis to find out the potential structure of the scale and extracting four common factors can reflect the questionnaire information more comprehensively with less structure and analyze the post-service education differences of primary school PE teachers in Shanxi Province under different backgrounds by using difference test. It is concluded that the primary school PE teachers in Shanxi Province have realized the importance of post-vocational education, but they do not attach importance to it in their attitude and have a poor sense of participation. In the process of organization, the true intention of post-service education and training is misinterpreted, the necessary selection mechanism is lacking, and the selection of participants is unreasonable. The participation mode is single, not flexible, and the lack of selectivity seriously hinders the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in post-vocational education and training. The mechanism of post-service education assessment and feedback is not perfect, the supervision of distance network training is not enough, and the phenomenon of "suspending courses" is common. The contradiction between work and learning and the problem of fund cause the work of post-service education and training is not ideal.
