闽北小学地方课程开发与实施调查研究

【摘要】:随着基础教育课程改革的不断推进,我国地方课程的研究也逐步发展,但是仍存在一些问题,而闽北地处福建最北端,经济文化发展都相对滞后,地方课程的开发与实施存在诸多问题,但并未有相关研究。因此,本文选取了闽北小学地方课程的开发与实施现状作为本研究主题。全文共分为四个部分:第一部分为绪论部分。阐述了研究缘由、目的、意义,研究方法、概念界定,梳理了国内外研究现状及趋势。第二部分为闽北小学地方课程开发与实施现状。本文选取了南平、武夷山、光泽、邵武四个县(市)的小学的教师、学生进行了问卷调查。还对参与编写地方课程教材的老师进行了访谈。全面系统地呈现闽北小学地方课程开发与实施现状。第三部分为闽北小学地方课程开发与实施中出现的问题及分析。闽北地方课程开发与实施出现如下问题:首先,教师对地方课程的认知存在偏差,对地方课程、校本课程和国家课程的关系认识不到位;其次,教师参与开发地方课程的积极性不强;再次,地方课程的实施条件有限,地方课程被占用现象严重;最后,缺乏相应的评价制度。第四部分为闽北小学地方课程的实施对策。对闽北小学地方课程开发与实施提出以下几点对策:(1)成立专门的课程领导机构与课程开发机构(2)确定多元化地方课程开发主体(3)加强素质教育,促进学生全面发展(4)实行多样化的教学方式(5)建立地方课程的评价机制(6)加强师资培训,提高教师素质(7)采用区域联合开发的方式,积极开展课程资源建设。
[Abstract]:With the development of basic education curriculum reform, the research of local curriculum in our country is developing gradually, but there are still some problems. However, the north of Fujian is located in the northernmost part of Fujian, and the development of economy and culture is lagging behind. There are many problems in the development and implementation of local curriculum, but there is no related research. Therefore, this paper selects the development and implementation of the local curriculum in primary schools in Northern Fujian Province as the subject of this study. The full text is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction part. This paper expounds the reason, purpose, significance, research method, concept definition of the research, and combs the current research situation and the trend at home and abroad. The second part is the current situation of local curriculum development and implementation in North Fujian elementary school. This paper selected teachers and students from four counties (cities) of Nanping, Wuyishan, luster and Shaowu. Teachers involved in the development of local curriculum materials were also interviewed. The present situation of the development and implementation of the local curriculum in the elementary schools in North Fujian is presented in a comprehensive and systematic way. The third part is the analysis of the problems in the development and implementation of the local curriculum in the elementary schools in North Fujian. The problems in the development and implementation of local curriculum in the north of Fujian are as follows: first, teachers' cognition of local curriculum is biased, and the relationship between local curriculum, school-based curriculum and national curriculum is not well understood; secondly, The enthusiasm of teachers to participate in the development of local curriculum is not strong; thirdly, the local curriculum implementation conditions are limited, the local curriculum is occupied seriously; finally, there is a lack of corresponding evaluation system. The fourth part is the implementation countermeasure of the local curriculum of the elementary school in the north of Fujian. The following countermeasures are put forward for the development and implementation of local curriculum in primary schools in North Fujian: (1) the establishment of specialized curriculum leadership institutions and curriculum development institutions (2) the determination of diversified local curriculum development subjects / 3) strengthening quality education. Promote students to develop in an all round way. 5) establish the evaluation mechanism of local curriculum. 6) strengthen teacher training, improve teacher quality. 7) adopt the way of regional joint development and actively develop curriculum resources.
