大连市普湾新区小学生体育与健康状况调查研究

【摘要】:学校体育是教育的重要组成部分,是全面发展身体,增强学生体质,传授体育知识、技能,提高运动技术水平,培养道德和意志品质的有目的、有计划、有组织的教育活动过程。学校体育对促进小学生认知发展,调节情绪控制能力,缓解学生心理压力,锻炼意志,增强进取心、培养学生健康的个性、提高学生适应社会能力等方面有着举足轻重的影响作用。本文运用多种方法对大连市普湾新区5所小学学生体育与健康状况进行调查,结合相关科研文献,得出以下结论:(1)大部分的学校都能够按照要求来执行落实《体育与健康》课程。从课外体育锻炼来看,五所学校的大部分学生都喜欢游戏或者是球类项目进行锻炼;从师资力量来看,有半数以上的教师在参加工作后再也没有参加过任何的学习和培训;从场地器材配置看,多数学校的体育场地器材无法满足体育教学和课外体育活动的要求;从教学模式来看,只有少部分的教师能够尊重学生的个体差异,能在教学设计上体现出差异化的原则;从体育成绩评定来看,多数学校把最终成绩、进步幅度和学习过程三者相结合来对学生的体育成绩进行综合的评定。(2)被调研的五所小学主要存在的问题有:对健康教育重视程度不够、体育教师自身素质与现代体育教学要求不匹配、学生参加体育课的主动性不强、体育投入和体育教学硬件设施不足、家长教育观念的误区。(3)针对普湾区小学存在的问题,主要的指导意见有:转变不重视体育教学的观念、加强师资队伍建设、学校体育教学中重视调动学生主动性、加强学校体育基础设施建设、加强学生意志品质和宗旨意识教育。
[Abstract]:School physical education is an important part of education. It is a purposeful and planned way to develop the body in an all-round way, strengthen students' physique, impart sports knowledge and skills, raise the level of sports skills, and cultivate moral and willpower qualities. An organized process of educational activity. School physical education can promote the cognitive development of primary school students, regulate their emotional control ability, relieve their psychological pressure, exercise their will, strengthen their enterprising spirit, and cultivate their healthy personality. Improving students' ability to adapt to society plays an important role. This paper investigates the physical education and health status of students in five primary schools in Puwan New District of Dalian City by using various methods, and combines with relevant scientific research documents. The conclusions are as follows: (1) most schools are able to carry out the physical Education and Health course as required. From the view of extracurricular physical exercise, most of the students in five schools like games or ball games to exercise; from the teacher strength point of view, more than half of the teachers have never participated in any study and training after taking part in the work; From the point of view of site equipment allocation, most schools can not meet the requirements of sports teaching and extracurricular sports activities. From the teaching mode, only a small number of teachers can respect the individual differences of students. It can embody the principle of differentiation in teaching design; from the point of view of sports achievement evaluation, most schools put the final results, The range of progress and the learning process are combined to comprehensively evaluate the students' physical education achievements. (2) the main problems in the five primary schools investigated are: insufficient attention to health education, The quality of physical education teachers does not match the requirements of modern physical education teaching, the students' initiative to participate in physical education is not strong, the physical education investment and physical education teaching hardware facilities are insufficient, and the misconception of parents' education concept is not enough. (3) aiming at the problems existing in Puwan primary school, The main guiding opinions are as follows: to change the concept of not paying attention to physical education, to strengthen the construction of teaching staff, to attach importance to arousing students' initiative in school physical education, to strengthen the construction of physical education infrastructure, and to strengthen the education of students' will quality and purpose consciousness.
