初任数学教师专业素养分析与思考——基于淄博师专102名毕业生的调查

【摘要】：初任教师的专业素养作为教师专业成长的起点,为今后教师专业发展奠定基础、指明方向,并决定着专业发展能走多远的问题。通过对山东省淄博师专的毕业生(德州市生源)进行调查发现,初任数学教师的专业素养状况喜忧参半:具有积极向上的专业理想和专业情意;对数学教育专业课程的开设较为满意,认为应加强教师教育类课程、感觉实践教学课程对就业帮助较大;初任小学数学教师认为最重要的能力是组织管理能力和数学教学,认为观摩学习是提升教学能力的最有效途径。在影响毕业生成功就业的因素中,毕业生的综合素质、职业技能和道德品行位列前三。初任教师的专业知识储备、职业技能和数学专业素养仍需发展提升。
[Abstract]:As the starting point of teachers' professional growth, the professional accomplishment of the newly appointed teachers lays a foundation for the future professional development of teachers, points out the direction, and determines how far the professional development can go. Through the investigation of the graduates of Zibo Teachers College in Shandong Province (the source of students in Dezhou City), it is found that the professional quality of the newly appointed mathematics teachers is mixed: they have positive professional ideals and professional feelings; The author thinks that teachers' education courses should be strengthened, and the practical teaching courses are helpful to employment. The mathematics teachers in primary schools think that the most important abilities are the ability of organizing and managing and the teaching of mathematics. It is considered that observation learning is the most effective way to improve teaching ability. Among the factors that influence the successful employment of graduates, the comprehensive quality, vocational skills and moral character of the graduates are among the top three. New teachers' professional knowledge reserve, vocational skills and mathematics professional literacy still need to be improved.
