榆林市榆阳区小学体育与健康课程实施现状研究

【摘要】:目的:体育与健康课程是我国教育部对中小学体育课实施的一项国策,也是对青少年体质健康的关心和重视。体育与健康课程是一门以身体练习为主要手段,以增进中小学学生健康为主要目的的必修课程。它是对原有的体育课程进行深化改革,突出健康目标的一门课程。它是学校课程体系的重要组成部分,是实施素质教育和培养德智体美全面发展人才必不可少的重要途径。本文主要对榆阳区21所小学进行调查了解实施情况和存在的问题并提出相应对策。方法:本文通过进行问卷调查和访谈法,并对有关国内外研究现状的资料进行详细的阅读整理,最后把实际调查结果和查阅的有用资料加以归纳汇总,分析出榆阳区小学体育与健康课程实施中课程目标和课程内容的基本情况,对体育与健康的性质、理念设计思路的了解情况以及影响体育与健康课程实施的因素,最后将调查结果进行统计、整理、分析。得出结论:(1)榆林市榆阳区小学体育与健康课程开设已经达到百分之百,但是开设课时数量没有达到国家标准的要求。(2)在教师综合专业素质以及场地器材的影响下学校体育与健康课程内容中体育项目开设不全面,没有形成完整的教学体系,造成学生对体育知识的了解以及技能学习的不全面。教学评价中教师一般会对学生的技能以及参与情况进行评价,但对学生的身体健康以及心理健康重视程度还不够。在教学中没有体现出健康第一的指导思想。教师在教学内容中没有开发创新,体会不到榆林地方课程特色。但在大课间部分学校对于榆林市榆阳区地方特色项目利用较为突出。(3)榆林市榆阳区小学体育教师师资欠缺,未能达到国家要求的教师数量。体育教师专业技能的全面性不强,综合素质有待提高。榆阳区小学在体育与健康课程实施上领导教师以及家长对其重视度不够,使学生对体育与健康理念不理解,还有部分学生对体育与健康课的。教师对体育与健康课程资源的利用在人力、课外资源等几个方面都有涉及,但不能开发可利用资源,在现有的人力资源和校外资源中利用不足。
[Abstract]:Objective: physical education and health curriculum is a national policy implemented by the Ministry of Education in primary and secondary schools, and it is also the concern and attention to the physical health of teenagers. Physical Education and Health course is a compulsory course with the main means of physical exercise and the main purpose of improving the health of primary and secondary school students. It is a course to deepen the reform of the original physical education curriculum and highlight the goal of health. It is an important part of the school curriculum system, and an indispensable way to carry out quality education and to cultivate moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic talents in an all-round way. In this paper, 21 primary schools in Yuyang District are investigated to find out the implementation situation and existing problems, and corresponding countermeasures are put forward. Methods: by means of questionnaire survey and interview, this paper makes a detailed reading and arrangement of the data about the current research situation at home and abroad, and finally summarizes the actual investigation results and useful materials consulted. This paper analyzes the basic situation of curriculum objectives and contents in the implementation of physical education and health curriculum in primary schools in Yuyang District, the nature of physical education and health, the understanding of ideas of concept design and the factors influencing the implementation of physical education and health curriculum. Finally, the results of the survey are statistically analyzed, collated and analyzed. The conclusions are as follows: (1) physical education and health curriculum in Yulin district has reached 100%. However, the number of class hours does not meet the requirements of the national standard. (2) under the influence of teachers' comprehensive professional quality and site and equipment, the physical education items in school physical education and health curriculum contents are not comprehensive, and a complete teaching system has not been formed. Causes the student to the sports knowledge understanding and the skill study is not comprehensive. In teaching evaluation, teachers generally evaluate students' skills and participation, but pay less attention to students' physical and mental health. The guiding ideology of health first is not reflected in teaching. Teachers in the content of the development of innovation, do not understand the characteristics of local courses in Yulin. However, the use of local characteristic items in Yulin district is more prominent in some schools. (3) Elementary PE teachers in Yulin district are short of physical education teachers, and the number of teachers can not reach the national requirements. Physical education teachers' professional skills are not comprehensive, and the comprehensive quality needs to be improved. In Yuyang District, the teachers and parents pay less attention to physical education and health curriculum implementation, which makes the students do not understand the concept of physical education and health, and some of the students have physical education and health lessons. Teachers' utilization of curriculum resources of physical education and health is related to human resources, extracurricular resources and other aspects, but they cannot develop available resources and are underutilized in existing human resources and out-of-school resources.
