白山市农村小学体育器材设施配备及开发利用的研究

【摘要】:学校体育活动的开展,既能激发学生参与体育活的热情,还能为终身体育奠定基础。小学体育活动多以体育课堂教学为主,体育课中,体育技能的练习必须要有充足的体育器材设施,此外,运动会等各类学校体育竞赛活动的开展也要依托充足的体育器材设施做保障。种类、数量充足的体育器材设施,不仅能够促进学生参与体育运动的热情,还能促进学生的身心发展。如果体育器材设施配备不足,配备的器材设施不符合学生使用标准,就会影响学生参与体育活动的积极性,甚至在使用过程中对身体造成伤害,严重影响学校体育活动的开展。白山市农村小学地处我国东北部,四季气候明显,尤其冬季持续时间较长,冰雪地面和寒冷的气候影响学校育活动的正常开展。白山市农村经济比较落后,农村小学体育器材设施主要依靠上级有关部门调拨配备。近年来,随着相关部门提高对学校体育的重视,先后对白山市农村小学体育器材设施进行统计、配备,但是目前白山市各农村小学体育器材设施的配备、使用及开发利用过程中仍存在着诸多问题。本研究将运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法对白山市农村小学体育器材的配备、使用和开发利用情况进行调查和统计,参照《中小学体育器材设施配备目录》进行比对、分析,通过调查了解学生、体育教师、体育器材管理员和体育教研员等对体育器材的需求,提出相关建议,将对今后白山市农村小学的体育器材配备、场地设施建设等提供有力参考,进而推动白山市农村小学体育教育事业的发展。本研究得出以下结论:1、白山市农村小学体育器材设施的配备基本达到国家一类、二类必配标准。2、现有体育器材质量参差不齐,个别体育器材破损数量较多,其中球类器材破损最为严重。3、白山市农村小学体育场地数量与国家标准存在一定的差距,尤其是篮球场地和排球场地,且各种体育场地的材质也并不理想。4、白山市农村小学体育器材设施的使用率不高,器材设施的管理不够规范。5、学校体育器材设施开发利用未引起足够重视,体育器材设施未发挥出更大的作用。针对调查研究发现的问题,提出以下建议:1、各学校要对体育活动引起足够重视,保障体育经费的正常使用,适时的配置和完善学校体育器材设施。2、学校应加强体育器材设施的管理,组织管理人员的培训与学习。3、重视农村小学体育教师专业技能培养,提高体育教师队伍质量。4、提高对体育器材设施的开发和利用意识,促进白山市农村小学体育器材设施的开发和利用。
[Abstract]:The development of school sports activities can not only stimulate students' enthusiasm to participate in sports life, but also lay the foundation for lifelong sports. Physical education activities in primary schools are dominated by physical education. In physical education classes, sports skills must be practiced with adequate physical equipment and facilities. Sports meet and other kinds of school sports competition activities to rely on adequate sports equipment and facilities to do security. Variety, abundant sports equipment and facilities can not only promote the enthusiasm of students to participate in sports, but also promote the physical and mental development of students. If the sports equipment facilities are inadequate and the equipment facilities do not meet the standards of students' use, the enthusiasm of students to participate in sports activities will be affected, and even the physical injury will be caused in the process of use, which will seriously affect the development of physical education activities in schools. Baishan Rural Primary School is located in the northeast of China. The climate of four seasons is obvious, especially in winter. The ice and snow ground and cold climate affect the normal development of school education activities. Baishan rural economy is relatively backward, rural primary school sports equipment facilities mainly rely on the allocation of higher authorities. In recent years, with the relevant departments to pay more attention to school physical education, the rural primary school sports equipment facilities in Baishan City have been counted and equipped, but at present, the sports equipment facilities of the rural primary schools in Baishan City are equipped. There are still many problems in the process of using and developing. This study will use the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and other research methods to investigate and statistics the equipment, use and development of sports equipment in rural primary schools in Baishan City. With reference to the catalogue of Sports equipment facilities in Primary and Middle Schools, this paper compares and analyzes the needs of students, sports teachers, sports equipment administrators and sports researchers for sports equipment, and puts forward relevant suggestions. It will provide a strong reference for the sports equipment and site construction of the rural primary schools in Baishan City in the future, and then promote the development of the physical education in the rural primary schools in Baishan City. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The facilities of sports equipment in rural primary schools in Baishan City are basically up to the first class of the country, and the second class must be matched with the standard. 2. The quality of the existing sports equipment is uneven, and the number of damaged sports equipment is more. The damage of ball game equipment is the most serious. 3. There is a certain gap between the number of sports venues in rural primary schools in Baishan City and the national standards, especially in basketball and volleyball fields, and the materials of various sports venues are not ideal. The utilization rate of sports equipment facilities in rural primary schools in Baishan City is not high, and the management of sports equipment facilities is not standardized. 5. The development and utilization of sports equipment facilities in schools have not attracted enough attention, and sports equipment facilities have not played a greater role. In view of the problems found in the investigation and research, the following suggestions are put forward: 1. Every school should pay enough attention to sports activities, ensure the normal use of sports funds, allocate and perfect the facilities of school sports equipment in good time. Schools should strengthen the management of sports equipment and facilities, organize the training and study of managers. 3. Pay attention to the cultivation of professional skills of physical education teachers in rural primary schools, and improve the quality of physical education teachers. To improve the awareness of the development and utilization of sports equipment facilities and promote the development and utilization of sports equipment facilities in rural primary schools in Baishan City.
