学校“贴近式”管理三部曲

【摘要】:北京市朝阳区芳草地国际学校世纪小学在教师管理中推行"贴近式"管理方式。一是"望闻问切":贴近教师认知水平,制定管理策略。如让教师共同参与诊断,达成共同愿景;创设文化氛围,构建管理框架等。二是"辨症施治":贴近教师工作实际,追求管理艺术。如对"绩优股"、"潜力股"、"普通股"、"新生股"教师,分别采取重新塑造、重点开发、愿景鞭策、目标导引的管理方式。三是"深度调理":贴近教师心理需求,从"管理"走向"自理"。包括关注其个性心理特征,提高心理满意度;优化人际关系,营造"契合"的心理氛围。
[Abstract]:The Century Elementary School of Fangrangeland International School in Chaoyang District, Beijing carries out the "close" management mode in the management of teachers. First, "look and hear": close to teachers' cognitive level, and formulate management strategies. For example, teachers should participate in diagnosis, reach a common vision, create a cultural atmosphere and build a management framework. The second is "syndrome differentiation and treatment": close to the actual work of teachers, the pursuit of management art. For example, teachers of "outstanding shares", "potential stocks", "common shares" and "new stocks" have adopted the management methods of remolding, emphasis development, vision pushing and goal-guiding respectively. Third, "deep conditioning": close to the psychological needs of teachers, from "management" to "self-care." It includes paying attention to their personality psychological characteristics, improving their psychological satisfaction, optimizing their interpersonal relationships and creating a "fit" psychological atmosphere.
