小学初任教师课堂管理现状及对策研究
[Abstract]:As a new force in the teaching team, the initial teachers of primary school are the important force for the future development of the school, which is characterized by systematic and complete education, rich educational and teaching concepts and professional knowledge, and a beautiful teaching vision. However, in the actual teaching work, the primary school teachers often face the complex classroom management problems, often helpless. This paper takes the classroom management of primary school teachers as the research object, through questionnaire, interview and other research methods to investigate and analyze the current situation and main problems of primary school teachers' classroom management, and from the inside, On the basis of analyzing the reasons of the two aspects, this paper tries to put forward a series of practical countermeasures in order to improve the present situation of the classroom management of the primary school teachers, and to enhance the classroom management ability of the primary school teachers. The full text consists of five parts. The first chapter is the introduction. This paper mainly introduces the background, purpose, significance and research methods of the research. The second chapter is a summary of the research. Firstly, on the basis of previous studies, this paper defines the concepts of new teachers and classroom management, and defines the classroom management of primary school teachers. Secondly, the present situation of classroom management is studied, analyzed and summarized from three aspects: the elements of classroom management, the difficulties and problems, and the training of skills, so that this study can be justified. In addition, based on the theory of teacher concern, Grather's theory of realistic treatment and Habermas's theory of communicative behavior, this paper provides a theoretical basis for the study of classroom management of primary school teachers. The third chapter is the theoretical discussion on classroom management of primary school teachers. On the basis of synthesizing the research of various scholars, this paper constructs and expounds in detail the elements of classroom management of primary school initial teachers, and thinks that the classroom management of primary school initial teachers mainly consists of teachers' self-management and classroom routine management. Classroom problem behavior management and classroom environment management provide the dimensions for the following investigation. The fourth chapter is the current situation of classroom management of primary school teachers. By means of questionnaire, interview and other methods, this paper summarizes the present situation of classroom management of primary school teachers, analyzes the problems in classroom management of primary school teachers with tables and pie charts, and makes attribution analysis. The fifth chapter discusses the countermeasures of classroom management for primary school teachers. Based on the analysis of the causes of classroom management problems of primary school teachers, this paper tries to put forward a series of practical countermeasures from the aspects of internal improvement and external support.
