荷泽市农村小学学校体育现状的调查研究
[Abstract]:Primary school physical education is the basis of our education, the future of primary school students is also the future of our country, is the hope of the motherland is the source of strength for the development of the Chinese nation. According to a series of relevant policies issued by the state and the government, we can see that our country has always put "health first" in the first place of school teaching, and the implementation of school physical education has always been the focus of physical education work. However, due to the large gap between rural primary schools and urban primary schools at present, and the poor development of physical education in rural primary schools, some rural primary schools are unable to carry out physical education normally because of teachers, hardware, concepts and other factors. Seriously affect the all-round development of primary school students. In this study, a systematic investigation and analysis of rural primary school physical education was carried out by means of questionnaire, interview and field survey. The conclusions are as follows: 1. Heze rural primary school evaluation system is not comprehensive, lack of inspection and supervision of school physical education, school leaders do not pay attention to school physical education; The physical education course starts to reach the standard, but the teaching quality is poor, the class time is insufficient, the other courses are crowded, "the sheep type teaching" and so on; After class exercises, morning exercises and extracurricular sports activities are carried out less and in a single form, lack of professional guidance, primary school students' extracurricular physical activity time and exercise time cannot be guaranteed, the sports meeting is less than once a year on average. Rarely carry out after-school physical training. 2. Heze rural primary schools lack of funds for sports, sports venues, facilities and equipment rate is low and seriously damaged, lack of repair and maintenance, the number of sports equipment is less, it is difficult to meet the needs of physical education; Physical education teachers structure "invisible lack", less opportunities to participate in professional training, in salary and other aspects of unfair treatment, poor working condition, some physical education teachers have the will to leave. 3. Primary school physical education teachers have a profound and correct understanding and understanding of school physical education, but some of them "abandon themselves" and "do not act", the primary school students' understanding of school physical education is not clear; Most of the school leaders are aware of the importance of physical education, but they do not attach importance to physical education and other physical activities; students' parents seriously deviate from school physical education and do not understand the function of physical education. Make the following recommendations: 1. Heze City should perfect the school physical education evaluation system, quantify the school physical education assessment index, strengthen the supervision of the rural primary school physical education in Heze City, enhance the strength of the school physical education assessment in the rural primary school in Heze City, and let the leaders of the rural primary schools attach importance to the school physical education. Strengthen the physical education teaching management, guarantee Heze rural primary school to set up enough physical education class, after-class exercises and extracurricular sports activities, avoid other courses to occupy the physical education class; To promote the development of school-based curriculum, to carry out rich school physical activities, physical education teachers to strengthen the guidance of primary school physical activities, to ensure the quality and effect of physical education class, extracurricular exercises and extracurricular physical activities. 2. We should increase the investment of school sports funds, perfect sports venues, facilities and sports equipment, develop school-based resources according to local conditions, and alleviate the shortage of sports hardware. Properly increase the establishment of physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Heze city, promote the status of physical education teachers, treat the physical education teachers fairly, pay attention to the training and exchange of physical education teachers. 3. Strengthen the propaganda of sports theory, make the teachers and students, parents know the school sports correctly, form the correct sports values.
