养心育行,好习惯奠基好人生

【摘要】：正2013年春天,由于工作需要,我从河北省滦南县的一所乡村小学调到滦南县第一实验小学(以下简称"一小")任校长。一小是县直实验小学,校园面积不大,却有2700多名学生,一个班级多的70多人,少的也有50多人。刚来到一小的时候,我看到学生们每逢课间便在教室里、走廊上、校园中喧哗打闹,见到老师、校长或是来访客人往往是低着头默默走过。这可不是我心目中理想的学生模样。我希望他们是活泼欢快的、文明有序的、礼貌大方的,我希望我的学生见到我能够大大方方地说
[Abstract]:In the spring of 2013, I was transferred from a rural primary school in Luannan County, Hebei Province, to the first Experimental Primary School in Luannan County (hereinafter referred to as "one small") as principal due to the need for work. One is the county direct experimental primary school, the campus area is not large, but there are more than 2700 students, a class of more than 70 people, less than 50 people. When I was a little boy, I saw the students in the classroom every break, in the hallway, in the campus noisy, to see the teacher, headmaster or visiting guests tend to walk by with their heads bowed. This is not what I think of as an ideal student. I hope they are lively and cheerful, civilized and orderly, polite and generous, and I hope that my students can see me and say it in a big way.
