基于“向儿童学习”教育立场下的教师队伍建设探讨

【摘要】:教师队伍建设是学校发展永恒的主题,教师素质则体现了一所学校的软实力,是学校的核心竞争力。当前,教师的"专业"饱受质疑,教师队伍建设需要教师的专业化成长,"专业化"说明教师需要一个动态的发展过程。小学教师的专业对象是儿童、是学生,专业内容是引导儿童如何学习,对教师队伍建设的思考要回到这个原点,从探讨教师自我学习、自我教育开始。
[Abstract]:The construction of teachers is the eternal theme of school development, and the quality of teachers reflects the soft power of a school and the core competitiveness of the school. At present, the "specialty" of teachers is questioned, the construction of teachers needs the professional growth of teachers, and "specialization" means that teachers need a dynamic development process. The professional object of primary school teachers is children and students, and the professional content is to guide children to learn. The thinking on the construction of teachers should go back to this origin, starting with the discussion of teachers' self-learning and self-education.
