中外籍英语教师课堂互动模式及学生满意度对比研究

  本研究采用弗兰德斯互动分析法,用时间抽样的办法,对比分析中外籍英语教师课堂互动模式的异同。通过调查问卷和访谈,探讨学生对中外籍英语教师课堂互动模式的满意程度,并分析了课堂互动模式与学生满意度的相关性。本研究回答了以下三个主要问题:(1)中外籍英语教师课堂互动模式是否存在差异?(2)学生对中外籍英语教师课堂互动模式的满意度是否存在差异?(3)课堂互动模式与学生满意度之间是否存在关系?本研究选取一所开展外教课程且拥有优质师生资源的小学为研究案例。通过校长推荐,与各位老师进行协商沟通后,该小学的3个高年级(五、六年级)班级全体学生及其中外籍英语教师参与了该研究。通过弗兰德斯互动分析系统进行课堂观察,依照改良版的编码记录课堂行为后,将编码录入表格以及矩阵,分析课堂中教师授课、学生讨论、师生问答、师生交流协商等行为的占比,从而分别总结出中外籍教师课堂互动模式并进行对比。为确保研究的客观性,本研究根据弗兰德斯编码以及Wubbles提出的教师互动行为量表设计了“教师互动行为的调查问卷”以及与其相对应的“学生互动满意度的调查问卷”,经过信度、效度检验后,投入使用,使用SPSS17.0软件分析数据。在数...
