本世纪俄罗斯教师专业发展政策与启示

【摘要】：俄罗斯一贯重视发展教师教育。进入本世纪,俄罗斯以"个性化"为指导思想,不断颁布和实施教师专业发展政策,使之呈现出体系化、完善化的特点。俄罗斯教师专业发展政策为我国教师教育发展提供了有益启示:提升教师待遇是落实教师专业专发展政策的前提;对师范教育合理定位是教师专业发展政策的质量保证;建立健全教师专业发展政策体系并增强其执行力是教师教育工作的强大后盾;建立职前培养和职后培训一体化的教师教育体系是促进教师专业素质提高的保障。
[Abstract]:Russia has always attached importance to the development of teacher education. In this century, with individuation as the guiding ideology, Russia promulgates and implements the teacher professional development policy constantly, making it show the characteristics of systematization and perfection. The Russian teacher professional development policy provides beneficial enlightenment for the development of teacher education in China: the promotion of teachers' treatment is the premise of implementing the teacher professional development policy, the reasonable orientation of teacher education is the quality assurance of teachers' professional development policy; Establishing and perfecting the policy system of teacher's professional development and strengthening its executive ability are the strong backing of teacher's education, and the establishment of integrated teacher education system of pre-service training and post-service training is the guarantee to promote the improvement of teachers' professional quality.
