从“制度管理”到“名誉管理”

【摘要】：正那些优秀教师,即使没有严格的制度,他们的工作仍然相当出色。是什么在起作用?显然不是外在的规训,而是他们内心具有的某些东西。如果我们能找到这个要素,找到影响教师内心的东西,那么管理就是另外的样子。现代管理学之父彼得·德鲁克说过:这个世界从来不缺乏美丽,只缺乏发现美丽的眼睛。从管理的角度说,我们不能受现有管理思维的限制,也许有许多"管理中的美丽"等待我们去发现。
[Abstract]:The good teachers, even without a strict system, still do a good job. What works? Obviously, it is not external discipline, but something that they have inside. If we can find this element and find something that affects the teacher's heart, then management is something else. Peter Drucker, the father of modern management, once said that the world never lacks beauty. From the management point of view, we can not be limited by the existing management thinking, there may be a lot of "beauty in management" waiting for us to discover.
