“隧道效应”理论视野下的公众文化冲突现象分析——以中国教育改革的“变态性支持”事件为例

【摘要】：本文尝试从公众文化的分析视角入手,以教育改革活动中表现出来的文化冲突现象为例,来探讨当下社会的公众文化对教育改革的支持影响。通过实证调查发现,公众对当下的教育改革活动表现出既促进又阻碍的"变态性支持"状况。对这种文化冲突现象可以借用经济学中的"隧道效应"理论来进行解释。由于教育不平等引发了公众的心理失衡,从而滋生了公众文化的冲突现象。要解决这样的问题,必须从外部整体社会环境入手,用"分流"和"平权"的方法来建立一个文化生态的平衡机制。
[Abstract]:This paper attempts to discuss the influence of public culture on education reform by taking the phenomenon of cultural conflict in educational reform as an example from the perspective of public culture analysis. Through the empirical investigation, it is found that the public has both promoted and hindered the "transformational support" to the current educational reform activities. The phenomenon of cultural conflict can be explained by the theory of "tunneling effect" in economics. Because the education inequality causes the public psychological imbalance, thus breeds the conflict phenomenon of the public culture. In order to solve this problem, we must start with the external whole social environment and establish a balance mechanism of cultural ecology by means of "diversion" and "equal rights".
