农民工随迁子女学习生态研究

【摘要】:农民工随迁子女的教育问题是社会关注的热点问题,也是学界瞩目的焦点问题。由于学习生态环境出现变化,对他们产生巨大的冲击,使其一时难以适应,这意味着即使农民工随迁子女有条件参与到城市教育的体系中来,但是依然面临着他们独有的困境和问题。这种现象具有一定的普遍性。关注农民工随迁子女的学习生态,了解它的现状,在生态变迁的背景下,分析出现的问题及深层原因,找出解决路径,对于教育公平的实现和生态社会的构建均有重要的意义。本文采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、个案访谈法等研究方法,以“农民工随迁子女学习生态的理论基础—现状调查—深层分析—提出建议和对策”这样的逻辑思路通过以下六个章节对农民工随迁子女学习生态存在的问题进行了较为系统、深入的讨论。第一章绪论。介绍选题的缘起,分析选题的意义,界定农民工随迁子女、学习生态、生态变迁等相关概念,并进行了研究设计。第二章文献综述。概述国内外在教育生态学以及流动人员子女学习生态的研究状态和存在的主要问题,并提出本研究的创新点。第三章研究农民工随迁子女学习生态的理论基础。阐述生态学的基本原理,论述生态学基本原理在农民工随迁子女学习生态研究中的应用,分析农民工随迁子女学习生态的结构。第四章农民工随迁子女学习生态现状调查与思考。通过对教师、学生等的问卷调查以及访谈,并结合相关文献资料,分析农民工随迁子女学习生态的现状,指出存在的主要问题。第五章农民工随迁子女学习生态问题的深层分析。在生态变迁的背景下,从学习生态的主导因子、作用因子、限制因子、伴随因子等四个方面,深入分析其学习生态失衡的原因。第六章改善农民工随迁子女学习生态的对策和建议。从农民工随迁子女学习生态的生态学理念、生态学原则以及生态学策略探寻生态优化的对策和建议。结论,农民工随迁子女学习生态存在一定问题,尤其是在生态变迁的背景之下,存在学习生态失衡的现象,导致其一定程度上的学习困难,影响农民工随迁子女的学习质量。要解决问题,需要从农民工随迁子女教育发展理念上有所转变,切实树立教育生态化发展的新理念;从学习生态主体的培养和学习生态环境的创设等层面入手,提出有效对策。
[Abstract]:The education of migrant workers' children is not only a hot issue of social concern, but also a focus of academic attention. Because of the changes in the learning ecological environment, it has a great impact on them, which makes it difficult to adapt for a while, which means that even if the children of migrant workers have the conditions to participate in the urban education system, However, they are still facing their unique difficulties and problems. This phenomenon is universal to a certain extent. It is of great significance for the realization of educational fairness and the construction of ecological society to pay attention to the learning ecology of migrant workers' children, to understand its present situation, to analyze the problems and deep causes, and to find out the ways to solve them. In this paper, questionnaire survey method, literature method, case interview method and other research methods are used. Through the following six chapters, this paper systematically analyzes the problems existing in the learning ecology of migrant workers' children through the logical thinking of "the theoretical basis of the learning ecology of migrant workers' children, the investigation of the present situation, the deep analysis, and the suggestions and countermeasures". An in-depth discussion. The first chapter is introduction. This paper introduces the origin of the selected topic, analyzes the significance of the selected topic, defines the children of migrant workers moving with them, studies ecology, ecological changes and other related concepts, and carries on the research design. The second chapter is a literature review. This paper summarizes the research status and main problems of educational ecology and learning ecology of migrant children at home and abroad, and puts forward the innovation of this study. The third chapter studies the theoretical basis of the learning ecology of migrant workers' children. This paper expounds the basic principles of ecology, discusses the application of the basic principles of ecology in the study of the learning ecology of the children of migrant workers, and analyzes the structure of the learning ecology of the children of migrant workers. The fourth chapter is the investigation and reflection on the ecological situation of migrant workers' learning with their children. Through the questionnaire survey and interviews with teachers and students, and combined with the relevant literature, this paper analyzes the present situation of the learning ecology of migrant workers' children moving with them, and points out the main problems. The fifth chapter is the deep analysis of the ecological problems of migrant workers' children. Under the background of ecological change, this paper deeply analyzes the causes of the imbalance of learning ecology from four aspects: the leading factor, the function factor, the limiting factor and the accompanying factor of learning ecology. The sixth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the learning ecology of migrant workers. This paper explores the countermeasures and suggestions of ecological optimization from the ecological concept, ecological principles and ecological strategies of migrant workers moving with their children. Conclusion: there are some problems in the learning ecology of migrant workers' children, especially under the background of ecological changes, there is a phenomenon of learning ecological imbalance, which leads to their learning difficulties to a certain extent and affects the learning quality of migrant workers' children. In order to solve the problem, it is necessary to change the concept of educational development of migrant workers' children, set up a new concept of ecological development of education, and put forward effective countermeasures from the aspects of the cultivation of learning ecological subject and the creation of learning ecological environment.
