利用信息技术促进西部地区特殊教育发展的思考

【摘要】：特殊教育是衡量一个国家与社会的政治、教育、文化、经济、科技、卫生保健、福利等水平的重要标志之一,是国家实现教育公平的重要组成部分。信息技术在促进特殊教育发展方面有着不可比拟的特点和优势。文章通过对信息技术在特殊教育中的作用和西部地区特殊教育存在的显著问题分析入手,探求了利用信息技术促进西部地区特殊教育发展的有效途径。
[Abstract]:Special education is one of the important symbols to measure the political, educational, cultural, economic, scientific and technological, health care, welfare and other levels of a country and society, and it is an important part of the country to achieve educational equity. Information technology has incomparable characteristics and advantages in promoting the development of special education. Based on the analysis of the role of information technology in special education and the remarkable problems existing in special education in the western region, this paper probes into the effective ways to promote the development of special education in the western region by using information technology.
