论学校制度建构中的学生参与品质及其提升

【摘要】：学校制度建构,应该追求高品质的学生参与。就参与主体而言,应学生多元、机会平等;就参与形式而言,应理性协商、程序公平、过程公开;就参与目标而言,应探寻公共需要。反观学生参与的品质现状,表现出机会不平等、协商不足、公共需要难以形成等问题。提升学校制度建构中学生参与的品质,应更新学校管理者与教师的"学生参与"观念,提升学生基本的协商民主知识与协商民主能力,在学校具体制度安排的基础上构建更为基础性的学生参与制度。
[Abstract]:The school system construction should pursue the high quality student participation. As far as the participants are concerned, the students should be pluralistic and equal in opportunity; in the form of participation, they should be rationally negotiated, the procedure fair and the process open; as for the goal of participation, the public needs should be explored. On the other hand, the quality of student participation shows some problems, such as unequal opportunity, insufficient consultation and difficult forming of public needs. In order to improve the quality of students' participation in school system, we should renew the concept of "student participation" between school administrators and teachers, and promote students' basic democratic knowledge and ability of consultation democracy. On the basis of the specific institutional arrangements of the school, a more basic system of student participation is constructed.
