【摘要】：正随着学校档案信息量的不断增多和档案信息载体的日益多样化、文档管理一体化、档案信息利用网络化,以及档案的利用越来越频繁与迫切,传统的管理理论、管理模式和工作方式,已越来越不适应新形势发展的需要。为此,要加快档案管理现代化、信息化的建设,应主要做好以下几个方面的工作。一、管理者思想的创新是实现档案管理信息化的关键电子计算机能否成功地应用在学校档案信息管理中,关键在校领导的支持和各部门的积极参与。一个部门如果没有
