权利指引下的性教育探索

【摘要】：艾滋病疫情在青年学生中蔓延的势头表明我国针对青少年的艾滋病防治教育存在不足,也表明我国性教育工作没有被充分重视。尽管性教育不能等同于艾滋病防治教育,但是艾滋病防治教育却是性教育中不可或缺的环节。权利来自人类经历的恶行。为避免人类恶行的重演,我们有必要设立并维护某项权利,性教育权的设立当属此类。性教育权一旦取得明确的法律地位,性教育工作将具有法律保障,性教育活动将受到法律监督,国家(政府)、社会、学校和家庭等义务主体有责任、有义务针对教育对象提供充分、恰当的性教育,性教育被忽视的"恶行"将得到极大的遏制。权利指引下的性教育离不开国家(政府)的支持,社会、学校和家长的积极响应与具体落实。
[Abstract]:The spread of HIV / AIDS among young students indicates that there are some deficiencies in AIDS prevention and control education for adolescents in our country, and that sex education in our country has not been paid enough attention to. Although sex education is not equal to AIDS education, AIDS education is an indispensable link in sex education. Power comes from the evils of human experience. In order to avoid the repetition of human evil, it is necessary to establish and defend a right, such as the right to sex education. Once the right to sex education has acquired a clear legal status, the work of sex education will be guaranteed by law, the activities of sex education will be subject to legal supervision, and the state (government, society, school and family) have the responsibility to do so. There is an obligation to provide adequate and appropriate sex education to the students, and the neglected "evil practices" of sex education will be greatly curbed. Sex education under the guidance of rights can not be achieved without the support of the state (government), the positive response of society, schools and parents.
