学校卫生和传染病防治监督岗位人员结构分析

【摘要】：目的:探究学校卫生与传染病防治监督岗位人员结构。方法:通过普查方法,回顾性分析全国学校卫生监督与传染病防治监督岗位人员基本资料,分别对比不同区域、县市学校卫生与传染病防治监督岗位人员设置情况。结果:从全国学校卫生监督与传染病防治监督岗位设置上看,中、东部机构设置比例较西部高,省比县市高;东、中部省级人员学历水平高。结论:鉴于学校卫生监督与传染病防治监督岗位人员素质以及配置比例不同,出现了地区与省市差异,反映了县级卫生监督机构依然较落后,需要提高对人员素质的关注。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the post staff structure of school health and infectious disease prevention and control. Methods: the basic data of school health supervision and infectious disease prevention and control posts in China were analyzed retrospectively by means of general survey, and the establishment of school health and infectious disease surveillance posts in different regions, counties and cities were compared respectively. Results: from the point of view of the establishment of the post of health supervision and infectious disease prevention and control in the whole country, the proportion of institutions in the east was higher than that in the west, and the education level of the provincial personnel in the east and the middle was higher than that in the county and city. Conclusion: in view of the difference of personnel quality and allocation ratio between school health supervision and infectious disease prevention supervision, there are regional and provincial differences, which reflects that county health supervision institutions are still lagging behind, so attention should be paid to the quality of personnel.
