【摘要】：学校流程管理一般分为三个层级:学校层流程、运作层流程和底层流程。三个层级的流程之间是分解与支撑的关系:自上而下,层层分解:自下而上,层层支撑。问题库是确保流程管理有效实施的一个重要工具,需要不断更新。在流程管理中,要注意处理好流程的标准化和个性化的关系。
[Abstract]:School process management is generally divided into three levels: the school layer process, the operational layer process and the underlying process. The relationship between the three levels of process is decomposition and support: top-down, layer-to-layer decomposition: bottom-up, layer-by-layer support. The problem library is an important tool to ensure the effective implementation of process management and needs to be updated continuously. In process management, attention should be paid to the process standardization and personalized relationship.
