学校规章制度脱离教育性轨道的思考

【摘要】：学校规章制度既是学校管理制度中的重要组成部分,又是学校开展学生管理工作的制度工具。因此,一套科学规范的学校规章制度对于学校管理和学生品德的良性发展具有不可撼动的推动作用。我国学校规章制度在既定规范的制定和实施中遭遇诸多现实困境,同时也显露出过于硬性和不符时代要求的规定对教育活动本质的负面影响。文章通过对学校规章制度的研读和归纳,总结并深入探究学校规章制度中的约束性规定偏离教育性轨道这一现状及其应对策略和建议。
[Abstract]:The school rules and regulations are not only an important part of the school management system, but also a system tool for the school to carry out the student management work. Therefore, a set of scientific rules and regulations for school management and the sound development of student morality has an unshakable role. The school rules and regulations in our country have encountered many practical difficulties in the formulation and implementation of the established norms. At the same time, they have also revealed the negative influence of the rules which are too rigid and not in accordance with the requirements of the times on the essence of educational activities. Based on the study and induction of school rules and regulations, this paper summarizes and probes into the current situation that the binding rules and regulations deviate from the educational track in the school rules and regulations, as well as the countermeasures and suggestions.
