SDP实施初期学校反应的心理分析

【摘要】：当前在广西西部农村地区实施的学校发展规划(SDP)项目所引发的学校管理的改革不同于以往的渐进式变革,它给学校带来的是一场深刻的适应性挑战,直接对学校、校长以及教师的生存状态构成冲击,如果协调不好容易导致改革的成效低下乃至于失败。在此不确定的变革情景下,关注教师的情感体验、心态变化、校长角色调适、过程的隐性效应等学校反应就显得十分重要。
[Abstract]:The reform of school management caused by the current school development planning (SDP) project in western rural areas of Guangxi is different from the previous gradual change. It brings a profound adaptive challenge to the school and directly to the school. The principal and teachers' living condition is a shock, if the coordination is not good, it will lead to the low effect and even the failure of the reform. In this uncertain situation of change, it is very important to pay attention to the teachers' emotional experience, the change of mentality, the adjustment of the principal's role, the recessive effect of the process and so on.
